The condo was really nice. Staff were excellent! Parking deck was a tad tight if you have a bigger vehicle. No luggage cart. We were on the 11th floor. We did have a ac leak and had to leave the condo, but Blue Swell management was exceptional. They gave us an upgrade to a bigger condo at no charge and offered us an extra night for free. Will definitely keep them on my list if visiting PCB again.

We loved the condo, it was better than excepted. The photos show carpet in most of the rooms, which I did not like. I was Very pleasantly surprised to see hard floors after entering. It was also not advertised that pretty much every fun board game was provided. Once again, very happy about that. Parking on the 5th floor is much tighter ceiling space, as I have a taller vehicle. It fit, but it scared me, there was first come, first serve parking available outside on the 1st floor that I used. Again, very nice accommodation. I left some beach toys behind for future guests. It would be nice if a few beach chairs, boogie boards were provided with the stay, but I would definitely stay again. The towels are left on the beds, just like photos. Great place to stay, very roomy and comfortable.

Location was great. Condo was great. Beach was nice. Parking garage was small and hard to maneuver in a truck. Warning of low ceilings would be recommended. Elevators were slow and stopped working at one point. Overall, enjoyed our stay.

Would Stay Again!

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo provided additional fans, beach, chairs, and extra pillows and blankets. The air conditioner was actually not working upon arrival, but Blue Swell was quick to send somebody out to fix it. Even though we stayed in a busy time in the summer, we never had any trouble getting a chair by the pool and the elevators were quick. it was easy access to the beach and pool. I was nervous about all the criteria in the rental agreement, but it seemed that they were just covering their tracks. We would stay again! The condo provided everything we needed. We especially enjoyed the nice chairs on the balcony.

The whole staff of Blue Swell that I had personal experience with, Britney, Ashley, and Francesca were god sent. They helped me with not only finding a new place that suited all of our families needs and wants, they helped with the current, wrong booking as well. I am forever in their debt for helping me fix my wrong. The only problem we had with the actual condo we stayed in were that all of the TVs didn’t work. The cable was down on all 3 and one tv in the spare room wouldn’t come on at all. I contacted the management team but the problem didn’t get resolved during our stay.

Stay Away from Ocean Reef

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It is a nice condo but the elevators alone should shut the place down. They are down all the time and are operating with expired certifications in them. The room would have been very nice if it was clean. There was sand all over the second bedroom, boogers on the doors in the 2nd bedroom bathroom, long dark hairs in the towels. We cleaned our first day there. Screen door going out to balcony was broken from bedroom. I would not say the kitchen is stocked with utensils it is bare bones. We were told upon arrival by gate keepers that we should have a cart to carry chairs and beach stuff to the beach and all units are to supply them but that appeared to not be true. You can rent chairs that are taking up the entire front beach area for $50/day. They are dictating where you get to set up on the beach for both chair renters and not chair renters. I would not stay here again. Stay far away.

Carey’s Family Spring Break 25

Loved that we didn't have to deal with any front desk services. Straight to the condo you go and unwind. NO CARTS or Luggage racks. The property was very nice and clean. Great location to bars, food, stores etc . Even had a mini-Golf course and go karts directly across the street. The view from the front is of the strip (Front Beach) Plenty of towels and tissue for our party of 6. We enjoyed eating and listening to the waves on the large balcony. Only complaint and not really a complaint because it didn’t bother our stay was the couch was broken so we couldn’t use the let out (purchased an air mattress) and the dishwasher was had water sitting in the bottom. We also had an issue with the tubs(both) not draining. Advised Host and they sent maintenance (JAKE or NATE) forgot his name, but he was very polite and fixed that issue. Advised it could be due to the sand being washed off.There are plenty of glass plates and drinking glasses, silverwares cooking utensils, baking sheets but not too many pans but enough. Also had a CROCPOT.Parking attendant (Niko) advised our second car to park in a certain spot in the parking garage that stay just about the whole duration until another parking attendant told us we had to move. Good thing we were loading the cars up to leave the night before or we would've had to get it out of pound. The parking garage is VERY TIGHT! You have to do more backing up than driving to get in.Overall, it was a nice stay!! We would return.
