Now more than ever it is important to stay in a professionally cleaned space. We don`t `outsource` our cleaning - our cleaners are professionally trained with a passion for what they do! Our team follows an industry-leading cleaning checklist, and our Operations team executes randomized inspections to ensure our standards are met.

This house is truly our dream come true & future forever home! Designed with an entertaining indoor/outdoor lifestyle in mind, it’s almost impossible to do the house justice and list the countless amenities. We spared no expense when thinking about our guests’ comforts and the wish list we’d have in mind for a high-end rental. With stunning lighting & custom smart home features throughout, here are some of the other amazing features.

First Floor:
The whole first floor is one large, open floor plan space. Featuring a living room, large coat closet, dining room, bar area, kitchen, powder room, pantry & stairs leading down to the 2-car garage. Kitchen sliders open up to an outdoor deck, kitchen & side yard.

There is a beautiful living room area with 2 velvet sofas & a 65` flat screen TV.
The dining room has a long rectangular table with seating for 10. There are 3 large picturesque windows in the dining room and two in the living room, all of which have motorized privacy shades usable via our smart home system or a remote control.

With opulent quartz countertops, backsplash & waterfall edges on the island, the large impeccably outfitted chefs kitchen features all top of the line Thermador appliances. 48” side-by-side refrigerator/freezer (24” each) combo with ice & water dispenser, a wall oven, steam oven, warming drawer, & 36” induction cooktop make cooking a dream in this space. There is a 12’ island with seating for 5, 2 dishwashers, a microwave drawer, a large 44.5” dual faucet sink, and custom herringbone woodwork designed façade.

The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook from a simple to a full-scale gourmet meal. Including but not limited to: a Vitamix blender, toaster, sous vide precision cooker, Breville Oracle Espresso Machine, Cuisinart 14 Cup Programmable Coffeemaker, All Clad copper-core and Le Creuset cook wear, Kitchenaid Mixer, Cold brew coffee dispenser and much, much more.

Second Floor:

The 2nd floor has two bedrooms each with a queen-sized bed platform bed and a spacious closet with plenty of hangers. One room has a desk/vanity area and the other has a baby crib with a hypoallergenic mattress should you have a little one in your group or family. The two bedrooms are connected to a shared Jack and Jill bathroom. There are two sinks in the “common area” with a pocket door separating the tub/shower/toilet area. Also on the 2nd floor, there is a large family/game/tv room. The room features a large comfortable “cloud” sofa (it’s actually called that)! There is a 75” HD 4K TV.
Additionally, we have a Peloton and mini workout area for our workout-inclined guests. There is also a table with up to 6 chairs for activities & games. Off the family room, there is a large outdoor rooftop deck with sweeping city views & two seating areas.

Third Floor:
Capping off the house, the 3rd floor features 2 more bedrooms and a laundry closet. The front bedroom has a queen-sized bed, desk/vanity area & spacious closet with plenty of hangers. The laundry space has a large capacity, front load, stackable washer, and dryer. There is also a steamer, ironing board & iron. Finally on the top floor is the master suite. The large comfortable, stylish room has a king-sized bed, two nightstands, 2 bedside lamps, a sitting space, a 65” high definition flat-screen TV. Off the bedroom to one side is a large outdoor terrace with more stunning city views. There are two outdoor love seats, a coffee table, a hightop table & two barstools for your use to enjoy the view. To the other side is a dream “California Closet” with more than enough hanging, shelf, and drawer space for you to feel at home during your stay. The cherry on top of the master suite is the opulent master bathroom. The gorgeous bathroom features 2 sinks, a separate makeup vanity area, an enclosed water closet & a large multi spray stand-up shower with a spacious granite bench.

We have a toddler so we’ve worked meticulously to make sure the home is as safe and accommodating for her as we can. Family Features include:

You`ll have access to the entire house except the locked pantry & basement where the owners keep their possessions. This includes a garage that can accommodate one car (we can accommodate two with advance notice) the large side yard with kitchen & 2 rooftop decks.

The North Side is an old neighborhood full of Pittsburgh history, and now it`s one of the fastest growing areas in the `Burgh. With the revitalization of the North Shore, the whole area is quickly developing into a lively hub of activity. Friendly old locals, new hipsters, starving artists, young professionals, and more are now calling the diverse North Side home. The location is excellent, with lots of activities in a short walk - you`re less than a mile walk from PNC Park and Heinz Field, with all of the bars & restaurants you could want in between. There are parks, museums, the National Aviary, breweries, and more, all with easy access to downtown.

You can easily walk to most places, including downtown. If you`re venturing to other areas of Pittsburgh, Uber / Lyft is super easy and affordable. Pittsburgh is a notoriously difficult city to drive in - you`re best to leave your car at home or parked!

This is an ideal location because it`s within walking distance to so much of Pittsburgh`s great offerings.

1. Smoking of any type, of any product, is not permitted in the Property. A minimum $3,000 fee will apply if smoking is detected inside. Smoking outside with all doors & windows closed is permitted, with all butts properly disposed of.

2. People other than those in the Guest party may not stay overnight in the property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of Guest. The Host has not represented this unit as an event facility, therefore, additional guests are permitted only with prior notice. At no time may any of these visitors remain overnight or assume any guest privileges whatsoever.

3. The Host is not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Host is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.

4. Host allows children with the following stipulations: Guests are responsible for any and all necessary `child proofing` and inspection of child-related amenities. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.

5. There is no daily housekeeping service. While the house has been thoroughly cleaned prior to your arrival and linens and bath towels are included, daily maid service is not included in the rate.

6. Pets are not permitted; any pet being `snuck` into the house will result in a minimum $500 cleaning fee. Service animals are welcome, but per ADA laws, they must never be left behind unattended. ESAs do not qualify as a Service animal and must be registered as a pet.

7. Cleaning fees are paid to assure Guest`s arrival to a clean property, not to clean up post-checkout `messes.` While we don`t ask or expect Guests to clean prior to leaving, we do expect reasonable cleanliness standards followed - garbage thrown away, spills cleaned
