AMENITIES: Our condos cluster around the Town Center, which hosts special events, activities, and live music in peak season and on holiday weekends. Nearby resort-style amenities include three lavish pools, two scenic lakes, fishing dock, fire pits, fitness center, private dune crossovers, lawn games, and a pirate ship playscape! Enjoy on-site restaurants such as a Mediterranean bistro and a pizzeria.

This fabulous two bedroom coastal chic, 2nd floor unit features 10ft ceilings, Tile flooring, Granite Counters, Stainless appliances and a built-in Banquette where everyone can gather for dinner or a game of cards! A balcony overlooking the town center is the perfect place to sip a cup of coffee and watch the sunset or a glass of wine in the evening after a long day on the beach! You are close to all of the community treasures, such as the golf-cart accessible beach cross-overs, the Dune Pool with fitness center, Keira's pool featuring the C Bar cafe, 2 fishing ponds, Dylan's Pizzeria, the coffee shop, and our fine dining restaurant Lisabellas- all right here. Just a few minutes away is the quaint little town of Port A where bay and deep sea fishing trips may be chartered. You will never be lacking for things to do while vacationing at beautiful Cinnamon Shore North!

IF A PET IS SEEN ENTERING A NON-PET FRIENDLY HOME, GUEST WILL BE CHARGED A PENALTY AND/OR EVICTED.
Lazy Dunes is a non-pet friendly property, and there are no exceptions. If a pet is seen entering Lazy Dunes the homeowner and/or Cinnamon Shore Vacation Rentals has the right to immediately evict the renter with no refunds, regardless of time of day or night.

There will be an automatic non-refundable penalty fee of $1000 added to the reservation if a pet is seen entering the property. If the pet does not leave the property immediately, at the date of the violation, there will be an additional $300 daily charge applied to the renter until eviction. It is up to the contract signee to disperse the pet policy to all persons staying in the home. If a renter's "guests" violate this policy it is assumed they are aware of the policy and the fee will be assessed. The Renter may also be liable for any additional charges related to cleaning fees and/or damage in the home.

Stocked with everything you need to have a great summer stay, including good A/C. Be sure and ask about the parking spots at check in as it is not very clear how the parking spaces tie to the units.

The rental was more than enough space, very clean, well decorated and the had everything we needed (like a dishwashing and laundry tabs). Only problem was that the door to the shared bathroom wouldn't shut or lock.The beach is great, staff are friendly, and we will definitely be back again!

Beautiful place with some problems

Reviewer Comments: Cinnamon Shore is a wonderful property but for the price we paid the maintenance issues were upsetting. First, the door code didn’t work and finally the next day they gave us a new code (we did have one key). Then the garbage disposal and drain were clogged and that wasn’t repaired the entire time, though they tried. Also, one of the king beds was painfully soft. I’m sorry to report these issues because we did have fun despite them.

Perfect for a family of 4!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My husband and I, along with our two boys (age 4 and 17 months) stayed here for 5 nights at the end of July. The location is excellent - a short walk to the Dune Pool, social circle, and great lawn. Only about 7 minute walk to the beach, but it was too hot to haul the kids and stuff, so I definitely recommend a golf cart or shuttle. The décor was beautiful and we felt right at home. They could use a few new pots and pans that aren't so scratched and maybe some storage containers for food. We loved it and would definitely stay here again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We LOVED our rental and especially the location! Located right near the ‘main square’. Everything was super cute and super clean. Extra blankets, towels, and fully stocked (even had board games!) The only issues were the front door was difficult to close (you would have to pull it forward, hold and press the lock button real fast) and the door for the middle bathroom needed the hinges to be corrected (you’d have to use some force to get it to open and close). HOWEVER, that is the only issues we had, if you consider those issues at all. Overall, we would definitely recommend.

We wish there was a better pantry/storage. Our only complaint was the elevator broke while we were there. We actually got stuck inside it. We were told that the elevator in this building breaks down yearly. Cinnamon Shores needs to fix this asap.

Family Beach Trip

The pools were convenient and fun. Sometimes there was a bit of trash build-up around the pool areas. The rental property was nice overall but starting to appear worn in some areas needing repaired or replaced. The counters and floors were pretty sandy. We had to clean the counters and table to remove some sand. The beach was fabulous. The Sage golf carts were great and fun to use. We liked having 2 king beds in the condo and was the primary reason we chose this condo. The night lights in the hallway shining through the blinds was annoying because the room was not dark at all. Black out curtains would be helpful in the room by the hallway. We loved having a washer and dryer available. We wanted to grill outside one evening but couldn’t find a grill. The pizza place was good but pricey. They ran out of one pizza item, told us, but didn’t removed the cost of it on our ticket. The restaurants we chose in town were average or very good but also pricey compared to other cities in Texas. Our son cooks like a chef so we thoroughly enjoyed our own meals!!! We had a very fun time at Cinnamon Shore in spite of a few things and will definitely come again sometime.

Oh man, it's so amazing. It's clean, beautiful and the amount of awesome, relaxing and fun activities is outstanding! We are a family of four, with a 14 year old and a 6 year old, and there was something for everyone. We rented beach chairs and umbrellas, we rented a golf cart, we had meals there as well and the pools were awesome! We can't wait to go back!

They were very nice and accommodating, even letting us check in early on our first day which was much appreciated!! This was our first stay at CS and we will absolutely be back next summer. Our condo was at a very good location, right by the main lawn and convenient to both swimming pools and the beach. Kitchen was well stocked and we appreciated the pods to do laundry and run dishwasher! A little feedback: would have been nice to have the bedroom TVs working (seemed like you could only play a DVD), the furniture took up most of the bedrooms so not a lot of room, front door needs attending to where you lock it, and the cleanliness (mostly bathrooms) could have been a little better. Overall, we liked our condo and all that CS had to offer. Thanks for a great first visit!!

Perfect Getaway
