I will text via the app an electronic welcome book several weeks prior to check in.. along with a code to enter the side door closest to the pool
After the beach, please spray off with the hose or the outdoor shower, prior to entering the house to minimum sand.
Please don't tape anything to the walls or move the furniture

Our extended family of 14 loved our stay in this incredible house. The house is ideal for young children because of the baby gates, high chairs, and close proximity to the beach. The large pool is a huge benefit. I highly recommend this house!

We had the most amazing stay for our girls’ trip! We had a large group, and the house was absolutely perfect for us. Everyone was raving about it the entire weekend! The host truly thought of everything. The location was also great and made getting around super convenient. On top of that, the host was incredibly communicate, and responsive from start to finish. We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better place for such a special weekend. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it, especially for a larger group!!!

There were 9 adults--siblings and spouses--who stayed at this property. We had several spaces in the house where we could all gather and other spaces to accommodate smaller groups of us. We found the house met our needs especially the elevator since 2 persons are elderly and have some mobility issues. The pool was just perfect for a morning aerobic workout. The grounds were neat and nicely maintained. We all felt very safe and secure in this nice neighborhood.

This is a very large house and an easy walk to the beach. The host was very easy to communicate with and answered our questions immediately. The pool and hot tub were a very nice addition.

This house was perfect for my sister’s bachelorette! Walking distance to the beach and a 5 minute drive to shops and restaurants! The pool and yard were perfect for hosting a group and the house was clean, spacious, and beautiful! Communication with Billy was quick and easy and he answered any/all questions and was very accommodating. I would recommend this house to anyone and would love to return!

This was the second year we rented this house for our All Girls Getaway. Everything we needed was provided, including bikes and beach passes, and it's in a great location. The owner was very responsive and easy to work with. The pool and hot tub was warm and inviting. I would recommend a stay at this house anytime!
