Aloha! Come see for yourself why the gated community of Casa De Emdeko remains one of the most requested oceanfront condominiums along the Kona Coast.

Casa #328 is frequently updated and provides the comforts of home. Enjoy ocean, pool, pond and mountain views from your lanai.

The kitchen features granite counter-tops and stainless steel; dishwasher, convection oven, refrigerator, over the range microwave, quality accessories and stocked cabinets. The living room has a 55” smart HDTV, DVD, telephone (free long-distance calls to US and Canada), ceiling fan and comfortable seating areas. The bedroom has a Cal-King mattress, ample storage and a wall mounted 32” smart HDTV. Window blinds, room darkening curtains and a ceiling fan above the bed. The bathroom features a comfort height vanity, granite countertop, double sinks and mirrors, a travertine and smooth stone shower, the bathroom is accessible from the hallway and bedroom.

For your security and convenience our condo is keyless, random codes are generated for each guest and there is a solid construction security screen door with deadbolt. Condo offers central air conditioning and secure high-speed wireless internet. Tile flooring is installed throughout including the lanai. The lanai has a ceiling fan and 2 sunshades. There are only 3 steps to access the elevator. Coin-op shared washer/dryer.

Casa De Emdeko is located at mile 2 on the ocean side of Alii Drive; Convenience/Deli/Liquor store on site. The complex offers a comfortable lobby, clean laundry room, pleasant pond and garden area, freshwater pool with chairs, tables and umbrellas. A large cabana, serving and dining area with several barbecues and tiki torches burning nightly. The direct oceanfront beach area has tables and chairs to enjoy endless views and the saltwater pool is located on the ocean's edge.

*Please note that this complex has weekly temporary water shut offs. There will be no compensation for water shut offs.

Great place to stay in town!

The only issue we had was parking. There was maintenance going on with the building and landscaping so they kept blocking off multiple parking areas each day that you had to navigate. If you ignore the parking issues, the unit was a very nice unit.

Pleasant stay

The unit was pleasant, clean (no bugs!), and well stocked with a nice view of the ocean from the lanai. We appreciated the beach items (chairs, snorkeling gear) that were provided. The complex is also very pleasant, with multiple well-maintained pools and a nice cabana area. Communication from Kona Coast was great! The only negative was we both found the bed to be rather uncomfortable and had difficulty sleeping while we were there, resulting in some rather tired days. It seems like the mattress might be in need of an upgrade.

Best stay ever

This place was everything we needed! The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed and the grills outside was perfect for dinners. The bedroom is perfect size with ample amount of closet and drawer space! The place also had everything you needed for the beach. Coolers, beach bags, ice packs, snorkel gear and beach chairs. Honestly couldn’t think of anything else we could’ve needed! We will recommend this place to everyone

We had a very positive experience at Casa de Emdeko. For starters, the condo was everything that we expected from what we viewed online prior to booking. The facilities, the common area, the pools and gardens far exceeded our expectations. The local residents made us feel welcomed. We will definitely consider rebooking again.
