This home offers two out door areas; an upper-level deck and a back patio perfect for grilling and dinner. Everything Winona Lake has to offer is within walking distance to this home. It's located on a quiet street just minutes from all the activities; the Village for shopping/dining, the Greenway for hiking/biking, splash pad, park/beach, and ice rink.

The main level features an open concept with a modern eat in kitchen, a fold out couch with a Queen bed, also a full bath with walk in shower. Upstairs includes 2 bedrooms; one King, one Queen with full bathroom and adjoining balcony. The property also includes a full size washer & dryer and soft water with reverse osmosis drinking water.
