The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
• Please load and start dishwasher
• Take kitchen trash to outside trash bin (under deck stairs)
• Pick up any trash around the property
• Turn off interior and exterior lights
• Turn off AC units in summer. Adjust all 4 thermostats that control heat to 60 degrees in Fall/Winter/Spring (2 bedrooms, 1 in bathroom and 1 on basement wall)
• Lock all doors and windows
• Drain the hot tub if used, and leave valve open, clean hot tub area for next guests
• Ensure any campfire is completely dead-out
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
