The property was just as i looks in the pictures. Was clean and conveniently located. Will definitely stay at the property again the next time I have to be in the area
Very conveniently located to both UNH and Newmarket. Small but comfortable with everything you need. I love the attention to detail the owners have made in outfitting the space and providing everything a traveler could need. It doesn't look like much from the outside, but it really is a quiet, hidden gem and great alternative to a hotel.
Great place to stay! Very clean and cozy, plenty of parking and in a quiet area. Communication with the host was easy and prompt. Highly recommend this place.
Excellent place to stay. Was very clean, private, quiet and well stocked with supplies. Would recommend it to anyone. Plenty of parking available. Thanks Travis.
Absolutely perfect. Apt is very clean, easy to find and peaceful. My son enjoyed the board games offered and I was grateful for the coffee. Will absolutely stay here again.
Property was clean and super quiet- had a kitchen with utensils, dinnerware- everything you’d need when away from home. Host was great w/ communication.
Great location for the Seacoast- easy to get everywhere- Portsmouth, Dover, Durham- grocery stores nearby, great food options.
Travis was very good at communication and even had his cleaners try to finish earlier so we could check in early. The place was cute and perfect for what we needed it for.
Thanks Travis.
Nice clean & quiet apartment. Off the beaten path, but just a few blocks to all the action. Owner was very clear with instructions and directions. We will definitely stay here in the future if our travels bring us back!
The picture of the tidy apartment exterior was not even close to what it was. It was basically section 8 housing with trash all over outside including an over filled dumpster that smelled like dead animals. Old tires leaned up against the apartments. Inside they lied about having 2 double beds in each room. There was only 1 double bed in each room and a futon in the kitchen which had no bedding says it sleeps 5. We had to buy 2 air mattresses with bedding just to sleep 5 The interior had lots of bugs in it some weird flys and roach looking bugs Paint on the walls a toddler could have done a better job. Awful place especially since we were miss lead by description and photos
Travis was incredibly responsive to any inquiries we made about the property. You’re super close to downtown Newmarket and Durham and only 15-20 min from Portsmouth. You can’t beat the price for this location!
Very quiet and comfortable place to stay. We rented the apartment while waiting to close on our home and it was the perfect place. Travis was very communicative and great to work with. The apartment is well provisioned and the beds are comfortable. It is removed from town so super quiet. I would recommend this place to stay.
The place was very clean and quiet. It has a private entrance which makes it very convenient. We felt like at home. Travis responded to messages immediately. I will definitely stay here in the future.
Building exterior could use some love, but unit was as described and we didn't have any issues. Quiet and close to Newmarket and UNH.

the outside area could be cleaned up a little but dont let that stop you. Theres plenty of parking, beautiful inside, Great communication, clean inside, cozy, then they even gave a bottle of wine. I will stay again.
Thank you Travis. overall 4stars!!
Great little apartment that slept all 5 of us. Cooked all our dinners for the weekend in the apartment. Was pleasantly surprised by a complimentary bottle of wine that was great! Travis was easy to contact and answered all our questions in a timely manner. Highly recommended
This property is nestled on a second floor and in the back. Very quiet. The property is just a short ride to NewMarket, NH. NewMarket has nice places to eat and get coffee.
When the apartment gets a little warm, the air wouldn't circulate.
I do recommend staying here for a couples getaway.
The inside property was spotless, even a bottle of wine left for us in the refrigerator. Tyler was very receptive when asked questions. The small complex needed TLC, but location was exactly where we need to be.

Very quick on helping out when having an issue with smoke detectors
I was doing a week long residency at the Millspace and need somewhere close by that I could have reliable Internet, a kitchen to prevent going out to eat regularly, and a good night rest. The property was very comfortable! The kitchen was well supplied with a small variety of useful items (including Tupperware!) that made cooking very easy. It was perfectly clean, nothing out of place at all. It was also well stocked with things like toilet paper and paper towels so a party of more than 1 would be comfortable for an extended stay.I was also very impressed by the ease of working with the host. My husband came to town to see my production so I had asked if it was ok for a second car to be present overnight; the listing says it can sleep five, but I had only booked for myself and did not want to displace parking for any tenants of the building. All in all, this was a perfect experience. I work in Newmarket quite often and will very likely book this apartment again if it's available!
