About this property

Completely remodeled home near Fort Jackson and USC

Enjoy your home away from home. Centrally located and close to Five Points, USC, Colonial Life Center, Fort Jackson, and I-77. Completely remodeled, comfortable home with WIFI. The city bus has a stop across the street just a short walk away. Stadium chairs are available to borrow, and we have provided many games for the family to enjoy during their visit. There is a Keurig coffee maker and welcome basket for our guests. If you choose to stay at our home and you have two vehicles, please park one car all the way to the left in front of the front steps. Please park the other car on the side of the road/street in front of our house. My husband and I live in the bonus room above the detached garage and the driveway narrows at the end so we need enough space to come and go in our vehicles, and we park in the back. We hope you enjoy your stay in our home.

This was a very cute welcoming home. We loved the games and snacks provided. The owners were very responsive and made this home a great place to stay. The only reason for the 4 star rating was that the bed with aquatic theme was not comfortable and pillows were not comfortable. The sheets in that bed kept coming off while we slept and were thin. The showers were great and everything else was perfect!

Michelle, I threw away the sheets when you told me (in what I thought was a private note) about the sheets, and I explained that I would have no way of knowing about them popping off since the housekeepers clean and make the beds, and they never mentioned that this was an issue. They have been replaced with a new thicker set. I also feel that we did go above and beyond from the changing your reservation about a month ago (you were reaching out and then going to change the dates and then went back to the original dates) to then accommodating you changing the number of people after you arrived. We were told six people and had the house fully prepared for six. When you told me that you did not have enough towels or pillows because you were adding two more people, I gave you what you requested, In fact, my husband brought the extra towels and pillows you requested within 10 minutes. In regards to your comment about the pillows being uncomfortable, I have never heard that before. We provide big, fluffy pillows so I am not sure which pillows you are referring to. I am glad that you enjoyed the snacks we provided and the games to play. Merry Christmas.

Great, clean, comfortable home 10 minutes from Fort Jackson. 6 of us stayed here, plenty of room for everyone. Owners are nice and helpful. Terrific place to stay for graduations at the fort.
