Our stay was fantastic!!! The owners really know how to make sure that you have everything that you need to make your stay enjoyable. I could have traveled with one bag and been fine. Such a cozy place. Thank you so much for being awesome !!!
We were coming through with a trailer, this was a good place for that and close to many restaurants and stores, airport is close by as well.
Very nice equipped home with all the utensils and cookware you might need!
Such a wonderful place for our family to stay in Montrose! The house is fully equipped with many little extras to make the stay feel homey. The house was clean, and the beds were comfortable.
We would definitely stay here again!
For it's age The Ranch was attractive and a comfortable stay. Air conditioning, though not central, kept the house at a comfortable temperature. Would consider staying there again if we go to the area.
Our stay was very comfortable. Everything was clean and accessible. The only issue was the cable. We were not able to access basic stations. Otherwise, the accommodations were great.
Older manufactured home. However was very clean and adequate for our stay. Extras provided in bathrooms like a tips , toothbrush, toothpaste, flossers. Plenty of TP, coffee pods and some snacks. Also had 5 tv’s and security light outside.
This is a great place for family! It looks much smaller from the outside than it actually is- If you like to spread out and you like to cook, this place has everything. Clean and comfy! I appreciated the little snack box treats and tips for where to go, etc. Super close to town and although it's right behind the airport, we weren't woken up by loud planes at all which I was a little concerned about. It is an older place but it was great for us.We'll be back!
6 of us came to the Olathe Corn Festival. It was a great place to stay for that. It was 15 minutes from Olathe. Being in Montrose, when we got in late there were still places open to eat or get groceries. The house was comfortable. Everything we needed and wanted.
Great little vrbo. I was worried about airport noise, given the location, but I didn’t hear any plane noise.
Nicely stocked, clean and comfortable. Owners are at local brewery and included a free growler of beer of your choice if you go in, which was cool. (And good food there)
Great communication with hosts.
The showers are dated but work. My only complaint is that the furnace is pretty loud, so if that will keep you up, maybe reconsider.
We were a group of 4 adults, (30s and 60s) and this house was perfect for us. It was very roomy, and the couch was super comfortable. The house was very clean, and they keep everything you will need plus more stocked and available to guests. And not just shampoo and conditioner, they even have q tips, floss, and a lint roller just to name a few. The home is close to the airport, but that didn't bother us one bit as you can barely hear the planes. It is a very convenient drive to Black Canyon of the Gunnison National Park, as well as Ouray. I would highly recommend this home for your stay in Montrose! If we ever visit again, we will definitely book this again! :)
Though the house is a manufactured home, and it backs up to the Montrose Airport, don't let that scare you. The only time that we heard planes was in the morning, and we were already up. The home is a bit dated, but it was freshly painted, had an air conditioning unit in every bedroom, plus a swamp cooler in the main part of the house. Did I mention that there were three bedrooms and two bathrooms. My wife got her own bedroom and didn't have to put up with my snoring. The hosts thought of a lot of little things such as a new toothbrush and toothpaste in case you forgot yours, had tones of kitchen utensils, pots, pans, glasses, etc., snacks for there or on the trail, pizzas in the freezer, and a water purifier pitcher to name a few. The location is centralized being 20 minutes for the Black Canyon of the Gunnison Nat. Park, about 50 minutes to Ouray, 70 minutes to Silverton and about 1.5 hours from Telluride. If I am honest about this review, I must also state the one drawback that we all experienced and that is that the tub/showers are of the manufactured home variety where the tub bottom sides are angled and there isn't much flat width to stand comfortably on, the tub floor is about 4" to 6" higher above the bathroom floor than you are used to, making it a bit dicey for us older folks to step out, and the shower head will be too low for anyone over 5'-6". If you can put up with this, the price and amenities are worth it.
