This is a very nice basement apartment in a quiet neighborhood. The apartment is very close to many restaurants, shopping and many other activities. The kitchen is very nice, the dinning area is large as well as the family room. The host is very nice and the communication was great.

Lots of room. Nice place! My only issue was the occasional animal smell. It wasn’t overbearing. I’m just not a “pet in the home” person, but I knew what I was renting when I booked. Overall a great stay!

Carole was very accommodating to our travel schedule and was responsive. Our large group fit comfortably into the basement apartment with plenty of room to spread out. We cooked several meals in the well appointed kitchen. The home is in a very quiet, upper class neighborhood. Accessing the home was very easy. We would stay there again.
