Beautiful large home in Oak Shores gated community. Tri-level house boasting two living rooms, five bedrooms, three decks, fireplace and beautiful kitchen. Living room and kitchen windows provide gorgeous views of surrounding oak trees and mountains. A peekaboo view of the lake means you’re less than a few minutes to the boat launch and the community pool. Maximum 8 people 16 and older. $50 resort fee charged at check in.

WE SUPPLY LINEN, BATH TOWELS, AND SUNDRIES. Additional charges 10.5% transient tax includes TMD tax. Oak Shores only allows a MAXIMUM OF 8 people over age 16 in any one vacation home. The balance can be made up of children under 16. Only 1 boat or 2 jet skies on one trailer allowed per vacation home. Additional fees apply. Only 2 vehicles allowed to be parked at home. All other vehicles are to be parked in over flow parking with additional fee. Oak shores also charges $50 resort fee
