Community Information & Restrictions
Oak Shores allows a maximum of two vehicles and one watercraft trailer parked at the home. Any additional vehicles may unload with a one-hour pass and must then park in the overflow lot outside the community gate.

Watercraft Policy & Fees
Bringing a watercraft into Oak Shores requires a $25 per day fee, plus a $5 mussel inspection fee. All watercraft must be clean, drained, and dry and must not have been in a mussel-infected body of water within 30 days prior to arrival. Watercraft that do not meet these requirements are not permitted into the community.
Per California law, all watercraft drivers are required to have a boating license. Boating licenses can be obtained at https://boatus.org.

The community permits up to 12 adults (over the age 16 per home); any additional sleeping capacity must be children under 16.
