Escape to Evermore: River House, our recently revamped home, allows you to immerse yourself in nature's beauty. This stunning home is situated beside the Sol Duc River and offers the perfect blend of adventure and tranquility. Enjoy fishing, hiking, or simply relaxing in breathtaking surroundings. As the day ends, gather around either the wood fireplace or propane fireplace for a cozy night in, or soak in the hot tub under a starry sky. The home promises an unforgettable getaway experience where you can recharge, reconnect, and create memories that will last a lifetime.
You can expect to find ample parking for boats, trailers, cars, or even trucks! The home has a fabulous wrap-around porch facing the river. Around the house, you will find extra pillows, blankets, and local touches. We have curated the home to have everything you need during your stay with us. The bedroom features a queen-size bed that can fit two comfortably, and the living room pullout couch can accommodate two. In the kitchen, you will find the necessary cooking supplies and seasonings. Our home also has tons of outside space to host friends and family; take advantage of the peace!
Guests will have access to the entire home, abundant parking, free wifi, complimentary coffee, and more. Outside, Guests will have access to a wrap-around patio overlooking the river, a private outdoor covered patio area with plenty of seating, outdoor heaters, a wood fire pit, a propane fire pit, along with an outdoor TV, a beautiful walkway down to the river with a nice viewing deck. We also supply firewood.
We will be available by phone or app please don't hesitate to ask any questions. This home provides self-check-in. All property & guest guidebook info is available on the app as well.

- We love dogs, but keep in mind that we have a two-pet limit and charge a $75 pet fee. If you do not add your pet to the listing, we will charge you an additional fee after your stay. Our cleaners know when pets come :)
- PLEASE NO SWIMMING IN THE RIVER, OUR INSURANCE MAKES US PUT THIS NOTE HERE FOR SAFETY REASONS. GUEST ASSUMES ALL RISK AND LIABILITY FOR BREAKING OUR RULES.
- Please, no pets on the furniture, and please pick up after your pets.
- Our home is on a septic system, so that means only TOILET PAPER can be flushed down the toilet, please, no other products.
- If you plan to use any extra amenities like the BBQ, fire pit, hot tub, outdoor heaters, porch, or yard, please clean up after yourself. We don't want any littering outside.
-Please use the hot tub responsibly and at your own risk. Before using, please rinse off and do not add pets, bubble bath soap, or any other liquids to the water, as this can damage the equipment or create a hazardous environment. Please supervise children at all times when using the hot tub, as it can be dangerous for them. Thank you for following these guidelines and helping to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.
- Please be courteous with your noise level. We do have neighbors nearby and want to be respectful.
- If you damage or leave an abnormal mess to clean up, you may be billed for extra cleaning services. We keep our cleaning rates reasonable, so please be considerate.
- Please be cautious of fire bans in effect. We are not liable if you get in trouble for burning during a time when you can't.
- NO SMOKING; we have exterior covered areas for that. Please put all cigarette buts in the trash can once fully out.
-During the fall and winter months, there is a chance of power outages. The water eventually will go out since we are on a well system. However, we have water jugs to accommodate. In such an event, let it be an opportunity to reconnect with loved ones, nature, and its simplicity without modern distractions. We recommend purchasing trip insurance during these times if you aren't willing to deal with outages and would like to cancel last minute.
