Stunning Villa w/ pool, spa and game room

The Space:
This Villa in Palm Springs has carefully created and stylishly designed spaces, along with all the best amenities. Its peaceful atmosphere and its mesmerizing views is ideal to get into a relaxing vacation mood. Inside the Villa, there are a total of 3 bathrooms and 4 bedrooms:

- Bedroom 1: King bed
- Bedroom 2: Queen bed
- Bedroom 3: Two Twin beds
- Bedroom 4: Queen bed

The Villa's got a bright and open vibe in all of its spaces: from the living room and dining area to the fully equipped kitchen (minus the oven).The game room provides a space to continue the fun after a long day outside. It is equipped with all the latest TV streaming services and a high-speed Wi-Fi. As for the outdoor areas, there is a pool and a jacuzzi featuring a charming shaded spot, sided with deck chairs to take in the mountain views. 

The Villa’s main features:

- A fire pit to gather around at night and a bbq to cook delicious meals.
- A jacuzzi to relax and unwind.
- A game room with air-hockey, darts,  a smart TV and a comfy sofa bed.

Services and common areas:

- The pool can be heated (to approx. 83 degrees) upon request. There’s an extra fee of $109/night and the payment must be done prior to the arrival given that it takes around 8-12 hours for the pool to reach the ideal temperature. The payment can be sent through Airbnb.
-The jacuzzi can be heated to 104 degrees free of charge.
-The pool heater and the jacuzzi heater cannot be on at the same time.
-Using the jacuzzi for a few hours will not greatly affect the temperature of the pool if you have paid for pool heating.
- There’s free parking on premises for 3 cars + free street parking.

Other Things to Note:
- New shade sails have been recently installed over the pool and sun lounging area in response to the overwhelming demand from our valued guests. It is important to note that these additions are not depicted in the listing photos, providing an enhanced experience beyond what is initially showcased.

- To ensure the Villa is always at its best, our pool cleaner will visit the property on Mondays and Thursdays between 10am - 4pm. On the same note, the gardeners will visit on Mondays or Tuesdays between 8am-5pm. They will access the Villa without prior notice to the guests.
- Due to continuous strong winds in the Palm Springs area, we have discontinued the use of umbrellas in the backyards. As they break and blow away with the wind, they are more of a danger to our guests than helpful.
- We want our guests to feel comfortable and have a safe stay. There is a security camera located at the front entrance facing outside. Recording 24/7.
- We remind you this villa doesn’t have an oven there is only microwave and stove.
- Due to a regulation of the city of Palm Springs that requires the registration of tourists in vacation rentals, a lease agreement must be signed accompanied by a government-issued ID (driver's license, ID card, passport...) after the confirmation of the reservation and prior to the arrival.

Policies:
- Make sure to thoroughly read and understand our cancellation policy before booking. The refund amount is determined by our policy. You can find it at the bottom of the listing.
- If you wish to request an early check-in or late check-out, please contact us and we will check availability. Please keep in mind that early check-in/check-out cannot be guaranteed, and that there is an extra charge.
- Delivery of packages before check-in/arrival is not permitted. The host is not responsible or liable for the acceptance, damage, or loss of any mail, packages, or other deliveries sent to the property.

House Rules:
- Due to Palm Springs law, the first and last name of every guest bust me provided to the host before arrival to the Villa.
- Please be sure you have added the correct number of guests in order to see the correct price. Additional overnight guests won’t be authorized.
- We care about respecting the local rules and being outstanding members of the community, so music and/or loud noises are not allowed at any time. We have a noise detector located in the living room and one in the patio to only measure decibels and detect higher than normal levels of noise so you can avoid any disagreement with neighbors and/or the city hall.
- Enforcing the same city rules, there are quiet hours from 10:00 pm to 10:00 am.
