The open kitchen and dining area, with access to the screened porch and outdoor deck, is perfect for entertaining. The outdoors are meant to be enjoyed on Kiawah. The primary bedroom, which is located on the first floor of the home, features a king bed and an en-suite bath with double vanities, a spacious shower, and a soaking tub. The second bedroom (Bedroom #2), which contains a queen bed, is also located on this main floor. This room has direct porch access to enjoy pond views. Upstairs, you will find the two remaining bedrooms and a bonus sitting area with queen-sized sleeper sofa. The third bedroom (Bedroom #3) boasts a king bed and private bath, and the final bedroom (Bedroom #4) contains two twin beds. The laundry room is located on the main floor of the home, and the owner does provide a pack-n-play & highchair if traveling with little ones! Beautiful home on a gorgeous island
The home is beautiful and well equipped. The only negative was the check in process because the code we were provided did not work to access the home. Once we reached someone and got a new code, all went smoothly. Great property!

Location was secluded and peaceful. Spent lots of time on the deck and screened patio enjoying the nature all around. Alligators spent their days sunbathing on the shore in the back yard. Fish were jumping out of the water behind the house. Multiple species of birds were flying around and enjoying the trees and the birdhouse. Several deer walked by the deck. Peaceful and relaxing.
The location is still close enough to Charleston that we drove in every day.
Looking forward to returning. Possibly making this at least an annual trip.

Vacation From Winter
Who would have believed that in just a four hour ride from Greenville SC we could escape winter for a few days. It was a wonderful vacation. This home is so perfect and relaxing. The views are beautiful with the lagoon and palm trees in the back. On the porch you can hear the ocean. It was so sunny and bright in the house because of all the windows along the back. It's very private because across the lagoon there aren't any homes just trees. We brought our bicycles. It was a short ride to the beach from the house. Plenty of restaurants in the area for dining out. Great Location! Can't wait to go back.
We LOVED our stay at this home. It was the first time to Kiawah for most of our family and we felt like picked the perfect home. It's so easy to get to the beach - just a short walk or bike ride away - over a beautiful little path with a bridge. We rode our bikes everywhere. And we saw so much wildlife, including baby alligators. We had a great dinner at the Salty Dog by the marina, and loved getting ice cream and looking at the boats. The house had everything we needed. The beds were so comfortable and the master shower/bath is gorgeous. By far my favorite thing was relaxing on the screened porch. It feels so private and was the perfect spot for coffee and a book. We would love to come back and stay at this same home. Thank you for hosting us!

New Years vacation
This house is beautiful, clean, stocked with everything you need, spacious and in a prime location of Kiawah. It was perfect for two families with kids. The decor was simple, updated and refreshing. The house wasn’t crowded with the owners belongings and I loved that there was room to put your food, games and toiletries in drawers and cabinets. I loved that it had a front and back porch, screened in porch, a landing upstairs and a den down. Everyone wasn’t on top of each other and we had our own spaces. The live oaks and Spanish moss hanging from the branches around the house added to the true low country experience. The bike trails are close by and it’s just a short walk or bike ride to the beach.
