The Wild Kindness has opened our 2nd property and our first at Sea Ranch. This family-friendly 3BR, 2BA home is surrounded by redwoods on a quiet cul de sac, 5 minutes to Gualala, Del Mar Rec Center, Sea Ranch Golf Course, and walkable to the coast.

Enjoy modern, comfortable furnishings, and great amenities. The house comfortably sleeps 6, has a futon for a 7th, fast fiber-optic internet, and a Tesla charger.

Idyllic Stay at Sea Ranch

The Wild Kindness was absolutely perfect for our family of four. We had such a great time exploring the area. Kyle had some great recommendations for dining and hiking. We can't wait to go back!

Wild Kindness

The property was perfect for our family. The layout provided space for the teenagers and the adults to hang out. The house is beautiful, lightsome and well appointed. The windows are large. We all felt restored!

I'm a designer living in Napa Valley with my wife Jenny, daughters Estelle and Ada, son Townes, and our dog Sadie. We love spending time at home in the bay area, but also enjoy exploring all the diversity California offers, from the high deserts in southern California, to the Sierra mountains, and all along the Sonoma coast.

Why they chose this property

We discovered Sea Ranch in the summer of 2018, shortly after it was featured at the San Francisco Museum of Modern Art. We visited it for Father's Day that year and it has become a place for self reflection and family connection. We created this space to help others do the same.

What makes this property unique

This property is on a fairly flat cul de sac, on a very quiet street. The lot is large, almost a 3rd an acre with beautiful redwoods surrounding the house on all sides. Easily walkable to the beach, plenty of wonderful trails, including the Salal trail which is one of the most photographed in all of Sea Ranch.

Additionally, the property offers easy access to Gualala for groceries and restaurants, just a short 3-5 minute drive away.
