The well equipped kitchen is open to the living room area which makes meal prepping easy to include everyone! The living area is the perfect spot to spend time with family. The home has WIFI so you can stay connected or stream your favorite TV shows and movies. Just enter the passwords. A Lil' Tip Sea ensures that everyone has their own private space. The well-appointed bedrooms offer cozy beds and tasteful decor, creating a soothing atmosphere for a good night's sleep. The bathrooms are clean providing convenience and comfort during your stay. The master bedroom has an attached private bathroom. You and your family will enjoy relaxing on the deck taking in glorious sunrises and sunsets! Downstairs, you will find ample of covered space for gathering with family and friends while waiting on a scrumptious entree to come off the charcoal grill! When the sand and waves call out to you, you are just a short walk or golf cart ride away! After a fun day on the beach, be sure to rinse off in the sand shower before heading upstairs. We provide linens and bath towels in every house and standard beds are made for your arrival. Paper products and cleaning supplies are not included.

There is a starter pack consisting of the items below, please bring anything else you will need:

3 white kitchen trash bags
1 dishwasher tab (if applicable)
1 laundry tab (if applicable)
1 sponge
1 small dish soap
1 roll toilet paper per toilet

Don't forget the beach towels, bug spray and sunscreen! Enjoy parasailing, sunset cruises, putt-putt, swim up bars, etc., on our beautiful peninsula!
