Everleigh After is a beautiful 3-bedroom, 2 bath retreat with ocean views. Located in a quiet and family-friendly beach community in popular Holiday Shores subdivision and conveniently located within walking distance to the beach. The perfect getaway for family and friends! Well stocked and beautifully decorated, Everleigh After is loaded with amenities - Cargo lift, Secondary Private Deck on lower level, Furniture, Propane BBQ Grill, Outdoor Shower. Satellite TV, Roku Smart TV, Board Games, Wifi, fully stocked kitchen, washer/dryer and Hair dryer.



PRIMARY BEDROOM (KING), BEDROOM 2 (2 QUEENS), BEDROOM 3 (QUEEN, FULL/FULL BUNK). PRIMARY BATH (WALK-IN SHOWER, DUAL VANITY), GUEST HALL BATH (TUB/SHOWER COMBO).

BEACH ACCESS: Home located off Boyt Rd., which is a full access road.


3 NIGHT MINIMUM (Excluding July 4th week).


FOR WEEKLY RENTALS, ARRIVAL DAYS ARE MONDAY OR FRIDAY AND DEPARTURE DAYS ARE SUNDAY OR THURSDAY. (Depending on reservations already set in place) For alternate arrival and departure days, please contact our office.


PETS ARE ALLOWED WITH APPROVAL AND ADDITIONAL FEE.

EVERLEIGH AFTER - Family Trip

The property was beautiful, and I loved that it was not in an overcrowded neighborhood. The beach was only an 8-minute walk, and the views were beautiful. The AC was not working properly, but the staff at Cobb sent someone out to add window units. Although I do wish the AC would have been fully functioning, I told them thank you for adding the window units so that my family could enjoy their time in the cabin.

Very Clean & Great Amenities
