Welcome to Seascape, your family beach house! Located just 3 minute drive to the beach, this home has everything you need to enjoy a week at the beach!

We want you and all of our future guests to have a great experience! To ensure everyone's continued enjoyment, please abide by the house rules.

- All guests must be 25+ (children with parents are allowed)
- 12 Person Max/ 2 Dog Max (with pet fee - must be paid in advance)
- No Parties / Events
- Quiet hours are 10pm-8am
- No smoking or vaping on the property
- Absolutely no fires inside or out (including candle)

If a house rule is broken you may be asked to leave and/or charged a fee of $200 plus damages.

- While our property is professionally cleaned between every stay, this is dog friendly property and there may be dog hair/dander present- it is simply inevitable with an HVAC system. If someone in your party is allergic to dogs this property will not be a good fit for you.
- We do not offer late check out or early check in
- We provide a start of toilet paper and paper towels, you may need to buy more.
- Shampoos, toiletries, condiments, zip locks, charcoal and firewood are not provided.
- There is an exterior security camera

Horrible Experience

No communication with this host. Although we booked plenty of time ahead of our vacation, there was no communication with the owner. We were unable to stay because she didn't communicate with us. I searched for this house when I was on Bolivar and did not see this property anywhere in the neighborhood. I believe this is a fraudulant listing. Do not book!!!

DO NOT BOOK!!!!! Started trying to reach host two days before arrival. No answer. Tried day before nothing day of nothing !!! Arrived to our home with 4 kids under three only to see another family was in our rental. Vrbro then tried to reach host and of course no answer. Needless to say we were 4 hrs from home and no where to stay . We arrived around four pm and were stuck till almost nine till we finally found a hotel . Terrible. Do not chance it.

Worst weekend experience ever!

Rented the house for Memorial Day weekend with my husband, son & daughter and a few of their friends drove 5 hours and pulled in to the house full of people who also resented it. I had zero communication with the host! Vrbo had to do all the communication because the host wouldn’t communicate with me or answer their calls too.Trying to find a new place at 5 o’clock Memorial Day weekend took 3 more hours of our time. We finally checked into new hotel at 8:55 PM, had to book 3 hotel rooms to accommodate our group.Worst weekend ever! And still zero communication and zero refunded yet!The host should not be allowed to list properties on Vrbo ever!
