Fully equipped guesthouse. The kitchen had coffee/teas, condiments, and everything I needed. Comfortable bed and soft sheets and blanket. Shower was amazing! I love having a TV in bedroom to fall asleep to. Host was friendly, prompt, and professional. Would definitely stay again. Good location.

Lakeland family trip

This was ideally located for us. Close to family member we were visiting. Close to great walking and birding trails along Parker Lake and Parker Lake Park. Quiet, well provisioned with kitchen essentials.

Quiet peaceful neighborhood

We enjoyed our stay here very much as it was so quiet and peaceful even though in town. The house was clean and everything worked properly. I would choose this rental again.

It is so cute!

I love the location of the place and the property is adequate for the short stay that we had. It is so quaint and adorable. It has everything that you would need! This is the second time we’ve stayed here and we won’t mind going back! Vanessa is such a good host!

Everything was set up and ready when I arrived. There was an issue with internet when a construction crew cut the line down the road and didn’t address it. Vanessa got on it immediately once I notified her and I had a Spectrum rep at the property in very short order. The house was clean, quaint, and quiet, and Vanessa was quickly responsive to every inquiry the entire stay. Couldn’t recommend her home highly enough.

VRBO near Publix Stadium

This small rental was within 10 minutes walk to the Detroit Tigers spring training stadium. This allowed us to visit the stadium without the hassle of the traffic and parking congestion. The kitchen had adequate equipment for our use during the stay. Shower and bath had plentiful hot water after allowing it to flow a bit. We di not see any hot tub/spa as advertised.

Great little place in a quiet neighborhood

Driving in we were concerned so close to main roads we thought that it would be busy. Nope. Maybe half mile from Lake Parker. It was very quiet.Plenty of off street parking on the property. Lots of room inside and super clean. Our only complaint was the bed was too soft for our liking.Host was absolutely phenomenal. Very helpful and accommodating. Answered usually within minutes. We stayed over a week for Sun n Fun. I am leery of giving this review as we may want this place next year and don't want to give away our secret,

Tigertown and Bok Gardens visit

The proximity to Tigertown was THE best. We could walk to the stadium. Also, for morning walks it was near a beautiful lake. The living room area was spacious and a fine TV. (We wanted very much to sit in the yard but tthere were no outdoor chairs.) The bedroom is small and the queen mattress is very soft...not our choice. Kitchen was well supplied with coffee/tea and other little things. Our limited cooking triggered smoke detectors. We alerted the owner and she will call someone in to check things out.Bathroom was fine as well.

Great location for Tiger's Spring Training Games

This was the perfect location to catch a few Tiger's spring training games. Super easy walk to the ball park. Easy access and communication with host. Very clean. The place was decorated nicely with a well appointed kitchen , however the smoke detector went off every time we cooked something. Really want to be able to rate this cute place higher, but unfortunately, the "comfort level" just wasn't there for us. The bed is probably ok for a single person, but with two people you roll towards the middle. The living room furniture looks great but isn't comfortable to sit in for any length of time. So, if you are not planning on cooking and just need a place to crash...it's perfect! Hopefully these few issues will be fixed because it truly would be perfect for spring training games!
