Bring your family to this cozy and spacious, detached, 3 bedrooms + 3 full bathrooms, fully furnished vacation home. The best part about this home is the location! We are located on the Canadian side of the Niagara Falls.

- Free parking on site for 4 vehicles

- Open concept design of the house makes it spacious for any sized family, making entertaining and hanging out with friends and family a breeze
- Pull out couch available for additional sleep space
- Free WiFi throughout the home, great for those working from home
- Free access to Smart TV (includes Netflix and Roku), equipped with an HDMI cord
- Complimentary Bluetooth Karaoke machine
-  Box of fun board games and card games
- Plenty of cozy seating for family chats, game nights, and bonding!
- Pack n Play is available for use, **but must inform the Host when booking to put it out for guest before arrival.
 
Kitchen:
- Fully furnished with 6 sets of plates, cups, mugs, and utensils
-  Equipped with dish soap, cooking utensils, cooking oil, stove, toaster, oven, coffee maker, electric kettle, pots and pans, dishwasher, air fryer, full-size refrigerator, garbage bags
-  Complementary coffee/tea station!

*Please ensure to prepare your own personal/desired essentials & other necessities (water, food, extra toiletries, etc.)
 
Bedrooms (all on 2nd floor):
-  3 bedrooms in total: two rooms with a comfortable queen-sized bed for a good night’s sleep, and the last room with two single beds
-  Each bedroom is equipped with full beddings and pillows
-  Outlets are available throughout the room
-  Study/work desk and office chair in the master bedroom
 
*Please watch your step going up and down the stairs, especially if you’re staying with children
 
Bathrooms:
- 3 full bathrooms in total: One on the main floor, one on the 2nd floor, and an ensuite bathroom in the master bedroom
- Each bathroom is equipped with hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and Q-tips
- Hairdryer provided in upstairs main bathroom
- Two sets of bath towels and face towels in each bathroom (no extra towels)
 
Backyard:
-  Private fenced-in backyard
-  Full backyard access
-  Outdoor patio area on wooden deck (front and back of the house)
- BBQ available for use on the back patio
-  Accessible ramp to the back door of the home


 

- Entire 2-storey home is all for guest’s use, including the backyard
- The basement is the only area locked off for storage
- No extra overnight or day guests permitted without prior consent of the host
- There is enough vacant space for 4 cars to park in the driveway

No parties allowed
- Noise bylaws in effect after 10:00pm
- House rules are enforced to ensure we can continue to offer an exciting accommodation for guests
- House rules and details will be sent a few days prior to check in

For the fastest response time, the best form of communication is through the Airbnb chat platform. I can also be reached by text for emergencies only.

The best part about this home is the location! We are located on the Canadian side, just a 5 min drive from Niagara Falls, and a quick 20 min walk from the city’s tourist attractions and entertainment, such as Clifton Hills, the Fallsview Indoor Waterpark, Niagara SkyWheel, the Great Canadian Midway arcade, and most of all, touring the amazing scenic spots of the falls itself!

Amenities such as Shoppers Drug Mart, Tim Hortons, Dollarama, banks, convenience stores, food shops, and local restaurants are all within ~ 15 min walking distance from the home.

- We ask guests to be mindful of our neighbours and to keep any noise inside the homes during evening hours
- Please return everything the way you found it before you leave

- This is strictly not a party Airbnb. We would love if you could respect this
- We only accept guests who will respect the home and keep it in the same condition they received it (clean and in order)
