You must have at least 2 positive and no negative reviews from hosts within the last 3 years and must provide a copy of your valid, legible gov't issued ID with current address. Your account must have a valid email and phone number associated with it. Please understand that failure to provide this at time of booking will result in immediate cancellation as a violation of house rules.

Guests have access to the entire living space and entire outdoor area.

This is a split level cottage with a small set of stairs to the bedrooms on the upper level. There are additional stairs to the basement hideaway and laundry room.

If any problems should arise, I'll do my best to respond ASAP. There is no one living on-site 24/7. However, all the cottage crew lives close by and I'm always available via the messaging app.

By booking you agree to the following additional rules:

No Smoking or vaping in or near the cottage.
Penalty for smoking violation- $500 (Remediation cost).
No Pets allowed.
Report any damages immediately.
Park Pass and backpacks must be returned prior to departure otherwise a $125 replacement fee will be incurred.

Guests with Electric Vehicles will incur a fee of $25 per charge.

We run on septic. Please only flush the provided toilet paper and nothing else. If the septic clogs due to misuse during your stay, entire repair fee will be assessed for any and all repairs.

We are in the upstate mountain region. Although rare, you may encounter a bobcat or bear. If you do, be mindful. Do not provoke or approach. Keep your distance and do not run. Do not feed or leave out food for them. Make your presence known by speaking in a loud, firm voice and they will move on.

Those with pet allergies, please be aware that although we do not allow pets, by law we must accept ADA compliant service animals. ADA compliant service animals must remain with guest at all times and never be left alone. Emotional support animals are prohibited.
