Location of property is great. Patio furniture rusted through and not safe to sit in. Back sliding door does not have a working lock to properly secure the door. Front porch did not have a working light for security at night.Back porch/yard did not have proper lighting to use at night. Couches need to be updated. Dingy and very uncomfortable to sit in. Towels need to be updated as well. Thin, bleached stained, and rough. Place was not properly walked through prior to our arrival. Fridge left with items from prior reservation. Fishing dock left with rusty hooks, knife, and broken fishing pole.

The property was so beautiful and spacious and very clean. We had an amazing time, we loved that the pool and deck were right in the backyard it kept everyone entertained and host was very helpful and responded very quick. Will definitely stay again and recommend to my friends and family.

Our stay was good. We went deep sea fishing and it was great fishing and the weather was nice. Went fishing on the kayaks in the morning and bar-b-que fish for dinner. Got in the pool in the afternoon and fished again in the evening. Thank you.

We had a great time although we didn’t get to go to the beach because of weather conditions The house is very roomy so we played games and enjoyed being together . Incredible stay!

Great property with breathtaking views. Host was very responsive and made sure our stay was exceptional. The home had all the necessities as well as supplies for the amenities offered. Fishing was fun and the heated pool makes this home a perfect stay year round. My family and I enjoyed our stay and definitely will be returning. 10/10 recommend!

Family Summer Vacay

We've rented this home 4 or 5 times now, and it’s perfect for our family who loves to swim and fish. The layout & amenties is ideal and the heated pool allows us to enjoy evening swims. We love having the kitchen on the first floor for easy access. We booked this home twice this summer and can't wait to return next month in July.

Overall condition of property was great. Would be a little better had there been a rail handle to get in and out of pool communication could have been better, had to contact VRBO several times before host responded to questions. Would book house again.

We loved our stay. The house was very spacious and accommodating to our needs. The pool was wonderful and the children loved it and after they were tired and asleep the adults enjoyed fishing from the backyard deck We also liked the location It was not far from supermarket or the beach We definitely would consider retuning in the future

The place was beautiful,,but we did have issues with the code lock on the door had to leave it open the entire stay,,and we also had to clean it ourselves the first day as there was pet hair all over the floor and the furniture but oher than that the view was nice definitely enjoyed the pool with the view wouldn't mind returning.

Very clean and lovely home. We really enjoyed the fishing from the private dock all day long. Pool looked really nice but unfortunately it was cold during our time there. We will be returning again in the warmer months.

The home was clean and had everything we needed. Upon arrival, we had some trouble with the keypad to access the home. The host was very quick to respond and it was no issue at all! Would highly recommend this property for your next vacation!

Great Stay Overall!

Doorlock is a little tricky. Have to pick the right combination of numbers and there are multiple options so it takes a few tries. Can be a bit frustrating. Owner/Reps were somewhat prompt on check-in and getting a new code when we had an issue. Otherwise house is geourgous. Pool is great. Fishing was fantastic. Oyster reefs cost me some tackle but in the end we caught monsters off the dock and it was worth it!
