The Condo is regularly treated with non-toxic pest repellent. Still, bugs are a part of life here in the southwest. While we make every effort to keep it spotless for guests, we cannot completely control nature and therefore you may see the occasional bug (specifically sugar ants). Please be aware of this and make sure you're ok with the possibility before booking.

Parking space is available as directed in the check-in guide. We are not responsible for tickets issued, cars towed/booted or any damage to guest’s vehicles while at the parking lot whether from casualty or negligent or intentional wrongful acts of other guests or third parties. Guest waives any and all claims, damages, and/or causes of action for personal injury or property damage against us (the host) for use of the parking lot. Our stay was great! House was clean! Location was perfect for what we needed! Close to Expo New Mexico. Parking was a little tight for the vehicle we were in, Dodge 3500 double cab but it would be perfect for a normal sized vehicle. We enjoyed our stay.

May trip to ABQ

Overall our stay was above satisfactory. The kitchen floors were a bit sticky and had to be rinsed over. Every time we walked in area we hear our slippers sticking to floor slightly. There were only 2 rolls of toilet paper and we bought more.
