About this property

Two bedroom cottage located in the Winnipesaukee Beach Colony Club, in a quiet cove. Approximately a 150 yard walk to the water. The WBCC has a large. sandy, private beach, roped off swimming area, floating dock, diving board, and fishing. Very family friendly! Rental includes use of a 2 person kayak. Two bedroom that sleeps 6 maximum, with 1 queen and 2 sets of twin bunkbeds. MAX of 2 adults. Short 5 minute drive into Meredith, town docks/center, restaurants. No pets, no smoking! Must bring your own sheets and towels!

Good times in Meridith

I can't say enough about the location, it's not "On the Water" but a super easy couple minute walk to a great community beach and dock area. Very easy to do with kids. The house is well maintained and clean! As with any home there are a couple rooms they haven't updated yet but im sure they're on the list. Michelle the owner was extremely easy to communicate with and accommodating. If your thinking about spending some time in the Meridith area I would recommend this spot, easy walk to to beach, shirt drive to downtown, 20ish mins to Laconia,30ish mins to Gunstock, 60ish mins to Conway! So much to do!

Good for Us

Really nice location and a comfortable lake house. Some things we liked; The neighborhood beach Great location for all things Winnepesaukee has to offer Some things we didn’t; Nothing major just little things One bright bedroom light with no dimmer Small bathroom Musty smell throughout candles helped Oily smell from the heater No iron or ironing board Washer and dryer would of been great Overall a good stay and I would recommend it
