Steps to Dock Square & Gooch's Beach! Pets Welcome!

This freshly renovated home is located steps from the heart of Dock Square! This 3 bedroom home has enough space to comfortably sleep 6 people. Walk to all of the restaurants, shops and cafes in Dock Square. The beach is about 1 mile with all sidewalks. Play in the spacious yard or hangout on the welcoming deck. The first floor features a well equipped kitchen, living room, dining room, full bathroom, bedroom, and a bright sunroom that walks out onto the deck. The deck is equipped with furniture, BBQ grill, and a heater! The upstairs has 2 additional bedrooms. Dogs welcome upon approval only. Pet fee $150 per dog, 2 dog maximum. The indoor fireplace is not for guest use. 4 cars maximum. Beach parking pass provided upon arrival!

All bedrooms and the kitchen have AC window units.

Please note that there are exterior cameras:
one is on the garage, pointed towards the side door,

All Coastline Vacation Rentals are stocked with a starter pack of paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, conditioner, hand soap, dish soap, laundry detergent, trash bags, and more!

Great downtown vacation home

We stayed a week in this comfy and tidy home during the summer. The location alllowed an easy walk into Kennebunkport so you can leave the car in the driveway. Lots of great restaurants and coffee shops nearby, as well as a fantastic playground.

Fantastic Location

While it was unusually hot during our stay (the portable a/c's had a little trouble keeping up) - we absolutely loved the location to Dock Square and Gooch's beach. The amenities and outdoor shower were a hit - and enjoyed the outdoor grill and deck.

Great house for your Kennebunk Trip

This is our second time staying at this house and it didn't disappoint again! The house is walking distance into town which is great for finding local shops, restaurants, and more. The house was as described and came with a lot of great perks like the beach parking pass, outdoor shower, kitchen appliances, and space to spread out. My dog especially loved the spacious yard and exploring the local walking paths around town. The patio is great in the evenings, especially with the heater. Hope to visit again soon!

Close To Everything!!

The house was perfect for our stay! It was clean, nicely decorated with super comfortable beds, comfy bedding and a fantastic outdoor shower. We walked to town every morning for coffee and breakfast treats and walked to dinner and ice cream most nights So convenient not to have to find in town parking!! The beach pass was much appreciated!! We loved it all! We highly recommend putting two club chairs in the den TV room for more seating. Otherwise, perfecto!

Lovely home, great location

This home was clean, cared for, and had a well stocked kitchen, including great tools for cracking and eating lobster! We were able to walk to the beach and to the downtown, and the outdoor shower was a slice of heaven. My husband and three-year-old daughter and I went to the beach every day we were there, and we were so grateful for the parking pass that let us park for free at Gooches. We had a lovely time in this lovely home.
