For amazing accommodations at Panama City Beach's premier resort Edgewater Beach Resort, look no further than Shore Perfection PCB.

This condo features all the best in a vacation location: a spacious living area with a large private balcony. Enjoy seating outside as you soak up the sunset or take in the view of the Emerald waves from the living area that offers comfortable seating and a smart TV with streaming channels plus complimentary wifi that rounds our your entertainment experience. The adjoining kitchen is beautifully well equipped for full meals or simply whip up beach snacks to enjoy on the sand. We have all the small appliances needed including a traditional coffee pot, blender, and even a crock pot for the ultimate in making quick, delicious meals. Dining seating is ample between our table and bar seating. A full sized washer/dryer is available for your convenience.

In our master bedroom, you'll find a king bed plus a sizeable closet, plenty of clothing storage, a smart TV, and ensuite bathroom with double vanity and a walk-in shower. Our second bedroom features a queen bed, two closets, smart TV, and access to the second bathroom which has a tub/shower combination. Rounding out the sleeping quarters for 8 is a full size bed in a nook of its own plus a sleeper sofa. We also include a few beach toys, a wagon, and games.

This condo will accommodate up to 6 adult guests and 2 children or 7 adults. The resort's minimum age to book is 25 years old (firm), and pets/ESA are not allowed. Primary renter must be at least 25 years old, sign a rental agreement within 48 hours of booking, be present for the duration of the stay, and provide a credit card prior to stay on which a $300 damage deposit will be held. No pets, smoking, or parties allowed.

The luxurious Edgewater Beach & Golf Resort is Panama City Beach's ONLY full-service resort. You'll find a full restaurant, tiki bar, huge oceanside lagoon pool, kids splash area, Starbucks, market, ice cream parlor, 4 hot tubs, water sports/activities, beach chair service (pool and beach), and more. Across the pedestrian bridge is a 9-hole golf course, Pro Shop, fitness center, and basketball/tennis/shuffleboard/pickleball courts. The fitness center, basketball, tennis, shuffleboard and pickleball courts are available to you at no cost.

Just outside the 24/7/365 manned-security-gates of the resort is a multitude of additional walkable restaurants--everything from NY style pizza to high-end seafood, an American eatery, a Cajun cafe, Mexican restaurant, and even a Subway and Waffle House.

Our condo was perfect!! My daughter and I came for a quick visit to the ocean, and we could not have been more pleased. The place was beautiful, clean, well stocked, and the location and view were ourstanding! Even treated to a fun firework show the first night we were there. This was our first time staying at Edgewater, and we truly enjoyed every minute! The condo was exactly as described, and had everything needed for a perfect stay. Gorgeous decor with fabulous views of the ocean. We loved all the amenities that Edgewater had available, such as, the many pools, the Oceans restaurant, and the Starbucks. Gerry was very communicative and available for any questions. We can't wait to return!!

This condo was beautiful, incredibly clean, and well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The condo was even equipped with sand (and pool) toys, chairs, and a beach wagon which we didn’t use since we had packed our own. Nonetheless, I thought this was amazing to have access to since beach essentials are quite bulky to haul. The beds were incredibly comfortable and our kids loved the bunk beds. The owner was amazing and we would certainly stay at this condo again next time we visit PCB.

The condo was as described. The location was great and the only issue was we unfortunately were in town for a funeral and it happened to be during bike week. The motorcycles made sleeping difficult but that certainly wasn’t the fault of the individuals who manage this condo. I would recommend this condo but try to avoid vacationing during bike week if you can.

The family had a blast...now the chairs on the beach for rental was redickalist......It has never cost me that much money. 5 days rental 420 dollars.....I have never paid that and never will. They need to come way down on the price....I notice that no one would rent them....

The only fuss I have is the single parking pass. The unit is for 9 people, which means there should be 2 passes. Other than that though, it was a great place and we thoroughly enjoyed it.

Beautiful resort and condo - however work being done during our stay

This resort and condo is beautiful. I was disappointed however that on our first full day there men showed up very early to replace windows and glass sliding doors in our condo. This should have never happened while a renter is there. I paid too much money to have this inconvenience. It was only supposed to take a few hours but took until 5pm. The condo was a mess with power tools and all furniture pushed into the kitchen do you couldn’t sit or eat at table. I had small children there so this was also unsafe. It was hot in there. We left to go to the beach and come back for lunch finding the door propped open and no men inside- they went to lunch and left our condo open for anyone to come in and take our things. Once they finished they didn’t replace curtains so sun streamed in bright and early so the ones sleeping in living room could not sleep late. The next day they worked on the condo next to us so the noise was an all day affair. The owner did offer to pay for an activity for everyone but I didn’t go to the beach to go off property. The fourth day men came in to check the fiber optics. They were only there fir 10 minutes but it was still an inconvenience again. I went to relax and picked this property for the amenities it had. It would have been perfect had it not been for this happening. Anytime major work like that needs to be done, it should be blocked off to renters or at least the renter should be forewarned so they could pick a different place.

With her husband Bruce, they have three children, eight grandchildren, one great-grandson and an adored micro-mini goldendoodle named Phoebe. We really love the Resort Grounds and everything the Edgewater has to offer. The vibe felt like home, and the beauty viewed from through the windows in the living area is nothing like we had seen.

What makes this property unique

The huge lagoon pool at Edgewater is the most beautiful in Panama City Beach--with a full service restaurant and an array of cocktails from a full bar right beside it--a 9-hole golf course, pickleball and tennis courts, shuffleball, basketball court, fitness center, Surf Shop, Starbucks and more, there is no place in PCB that is comparable to Edgewater.
