This modern beauty is fully remodeled and ready to be enjoyed. Kitchen is loaded with all stainless steel appliances and everything needed to enjoy. Ceiling fans in every bedroom, newly finished original hardwood floors, newer A/C unit and ADT alarm system. Large backyard with covered patio for entertaining.

Other things to note: This house features a front doorbell camera and backyard camera for added security.
-No parties allowed. $500 Fee will apply.
-No smoking allowed in the house. $300 Smoking fee will apply.
-No drugs in or around the property. $300 Fee will apply.

Great location to Hospital

We rented this VRBO as a home base for family during my surgery and hospital stay (10 days). It is perfectly located (within 5 min drive) to Memorial Hospital. It is clean and in a nice neighborhood. The yard was perfect for our dogs as well. There are no frills with this place, but if you need a place to stay during a hospital stay or are a traveling nurse, this is a great place to stay.

Worst experience ever! Place was filthy! Back yard was under construction which was an inconvenience since we weren’t able to use it. Place was dark at night with no lights, scary! I reach out and owner said he would reimburse some money to us and didn’t! Don’t recommend it yo anyone!
