Could walk to most things.

Apartment was as pictured. Not a very quiet building, but clean and as advertised. Location was super. We parked the car and didn't use it again until we left. Would definitely stay again if in Davenport.

Perfect property for a business trip

I stayed in this unit while I worked in nearby town. This unit was perfect. It was very clean and had everything I needed to "live" here for three days. The location was great as it was close to the highway while also downtown close to many great restaurants where I could eat at night. I was able to use the space to work at night as well. Street parking was easy and readily available. Overall, a great place for a business travel or even if you're enjoying the Quad Cities for fun.

Great stay. Fun area

We were able to walk everywhere. Only drawback is the really loud train that goes by often during the night. We were very happy with the location, security, and accommodations.

Great location

Beautiful condo in convenient location to everything Davenport has to offer. Many wonderful restaurants, breweries, distilleries all within walking location. Highly recommend!
