Fully furnished apartment for rent in desirable North End of Tacoma. Apartment in lower level of home, but completely self contained from rest of the house with private entrance. Apartment was fully remodeled a year ago with new fixtures in bathroom and kitchen. Views of Puget Sound and Narrows Bridges. Off street parking with access to large yard. Quiet neighborhood with easy access to shopping and restaurants.

Great stay

We stayed at Julie and Kris's apartment for 2 months while we were listing and showing our home and finding our new home. The apartment has everything you need and we were very comfortable. Julie and Kris are both so kind and would have been prompt to address any issues that might arise. Although our stay was issue- free!

Great little spot in Tacoma

Julie was really easy to communicate with and we had everything we needed for our stay. We even locked ourselves out at one point and Chris came home from work just to let us in. Great long-term stay!
