The Riverfront Home Retreat is a Wallace river waterfront house where you can relax with your family and loved ones while enjoying the majestic views of the mountains and the tranquil sound of the Wallace river.

With 150ft of Wallace River riverfront, a creek, and 2 acres of land around the house, there is plenty of space for you to enjoy and unwind with your family and pets.

Take a stroll through the property and enjoy some blueberries, apples, and plums during the summertime.

The cottage is freshly remodeled with 1371sq ft of space which includes 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

BEDROOM 2 -
• The second bedroom upstairs has a twin-size bed.

BEDROOM 3 -
• The third bedroom is downstairs with a queen size bed, nightstands, and a closet to ensure you have room for all of your things.

BATHROOM 1 -
• The downstairs bathroom is freshly remodeled with a new tub, shower, floor, and vanity for you to enjoy.

BATHROOM 2
• The upstairs bathroom features a dual shower head to provide an amazingly refreshing shower.
• The bathroom does have access from both upstairs bedrooms.

OUTDOOR -
• As you walk out of the front door, you will find yourself on the front deck that wraps around most of the house. It provides plenty of space to sit, enjoy a cocktail and soak in the beautiful views while your children and pets enjoy running around and playing in the spacious yard in front.

-CHECK IN/ CHECK OUT
Your property will be ready by 4pm. You will have keyless entry and can arrive at your leisure any time after 4. Departure is 11am.

The river changes with the seasons, and each year banks and access points may change as well, so we are unable to make any guarantees on what the condition of the river or access will be but we do our best to maintain access during warmer months. Many of our homes are set between waterfalls.

-USAGE
Owners are sharing their private homes with you, so please honor this privilege by being a respectful guest and neighbor. Events, parties, or gatherings are not allowed and occupancy is strictly enforced.

-PETS
Pets need to be kept on a leash when out and about. Please clean up after your pet.

-FIREWORKS and FIREARMS
Firearms and fireworks are strictly forbidden
