Beautiful lot! No vermin or dangerous wildlife encounters. There is a cute little stream with a firepit in back of property which was a fun surprise. So quiet. They share a driveway so it was a tidge confusing to find; just make a sharp left when you see the 10pm sign on right. Beautiful home! One TV downstairs which actually is a good idea to keep you in a peaceful state of mind. Loved it!

The house was perfect for our group of 6, three couples. The den and kitchen areas were a great hang out space and the basement was perfect for late night tv time. The bedrooms were very comfortable as well. We enjoyed being a short drive from town, and out of the business of Jackson. Early morning walks to the river were an added bonus as well as seeing wildlife very nearby. The host was very accomidating and the house was very clean.

The house was comfortable for guests. The pantry was stocked with items you forgot to get at grocery store. Even laundry had guest supply if needed. The rooms had window fans available. We happened to hit record heat days while there and fans helped at night. The host contacted us about 4 weeks out with info we would need and then again with property info week before stay. Very helpful. This is a split level house which I did not notice when booking. Didn't read carefully.Very nice property. Nice country neighborhood. Glad to recommend.

Beautiful mountain getaway close to town

Hoback Canyon

I would recommend this property to anyone who wanted to stay close to Jackson, but also experience the natural beauty found on 89 South. Everything was carefully laid out including check-in and out procedures. The property was also very clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again!

Divine getaway!

We were thrilled to get away from the oppressive Texas heat & enjoy this beautiful retreat for a few days! Only wish it could’ve been longer. This house was perfect for what our family of 5 needed. Would definitely recommend!

Lovely home

Lovely home south of Jackson. It was close enough to town for convenience but far enough away for privacy. All the amenities provided including soaps, detergent, as well as paper goods. We so enjoyed watching the wildlife in the yard.

Beautiful home!

Our stay at Leonard’s home was a delight, the pictures do not do the house justice. The bedrooms/bathrooms were clean, tidy and comfortable. Location was nice and tucked away but still just a short drive away from Jackson. Thank you Leonard for a wonderful trip! We will be back, Larry.

Jackson gem

Absolutely the best stay in this home. We had everything we needed to be comfortable. We enjoyed the town of Jackson, Yellowstone, Grand Tetons. So many beautiful things to do and see and just a short drive. Our home was immaculate, had games to occupy us on a rainy day, all Amenities needed to cook meals, have coffee, do our laundry. Will definitely be back!

First time trip to Yellowstone.

First time trip to West Yellowstone and the cabin did not disappoint! Home was clean and the boys ( 11Yrs) enjoyed running around the property and even made friends with some kids at the rental next door. Owner was very nice and even sent us a test to let us know we could check in early. Five stars!
