THERE WAS NO VRBO

still awaiting our reimbursement for the total lack of accommodations. We had a 5 hour delay and tried to check in around midnight only to find another family already there who had checked in using another company. We were stranded all night in a minivan in the middle of a storm. We had to find our own accommodations because VRBO could not find one for us in the middle of the night. Then we spent the entire next day trying to get into our next accommodation. I missed my business meeting and all my kids came down sick after not sleeping and being in the cold. please provide our reimbursement ASAP.
