Host gave us all that we needed for the stay. Just make sure youbplan on getting any firewood before you come during the winter time. The rooms werw very cozy and everything was very clean.
Everything turned out great with our stay. The home was clean and had all the amenities we could want. It was like being at home. The host was very responsive and friendly. The listing was very accurate. Close proximity to everything. Would stay again.
Property worked great for our family of three adults and two dogs. Especially the fenced in yard that allowed our dogs to roam a bit. Beds were comfortable and it had everything we needed to enjoy our stay in the area.
This was the right amount of space for my wife, my dog, and I to enjoy a nice weekend get away to play in the snow. Wish it was closer to the village, but that's a 4 minute drive that was easy.nonetheless, it will do well for a small family or a couple.
Russell and Jennifer were excellent communicators throughout our stay. The cabin was perfect for our family of four—cozy, clean, and had everything we needed. Its central location made it easy to explore everything in the area. Highly recommend!
Great first family trip to Big Bear. The cabin had everything we needed and more. The hosts even let us come in a few hours early as the cleaning crew was done sooner than expected. Great, quiet location not too far from the action. Kids loved the bunk beds and being able to run around in the yard. Will for sure recommend this spot for any family looking for a getaway!
We enjoyed ourselves so much in this cute spacious cabin in Big Bear city. We loved walking to get something to eat near by and enjoyed being able to travel to the Village quickly as well.
The area is peaceful and surrounded by beautiful pine trees. We would love to come back in the future!
From the super easy access to the property to the end, our stay was beyond amazing. This place is super clean with beautiful kitchen. Our boxer loved the yard to romp around in and for snoozing in the sun on the beautiful porch. The location is great and close to everything. Highly recommend this place. We will for sure stay here again on our next trip to Big Bear. Oh and the bed is super comfy.
Loved staying here, so did our pups! Needed an enclosed yard, this was the house. Super easy to get to, close to everything, clean, friendly and attentive host. Big house in the mountains, top notch everything. Don’t think twice - book it. Will be back!
The cabin was exactly as described and the renovation was well done and tasteful. Nice quiet neighborhood and not too far from anything. Communication with the host was timely which was greatly appreciated.
This property is more than adequate for a weekend getaway. The location is perfect to be able to explore the amenities of big bear. The host is communicative and helpful as we enjoyed many aspects of the property and the area around us. Highly Recommend!!! Challenge
We loved the small neighborhood where the house is located - not too far from the village and across the street from a delicious breakfast at the Lumberjack Cafe. The home was the perfect size for our small family of 3 (but could easily sleep more) and our two pugs who enjoyed playing in the large, secure, fenced in yard. It was exactly what we wanted for a quick snowy getaway. Unfortunately, there was no snow, but we had fun hiking on the trails nearby anyway.
This place was wonderful for our first family cold weather trip. It was a perfect place to stay, the neighborhood is quiet. Kids loved the bunk bed. The “bear chair” was a huge hit with my youngest. Adult bed was very comfy, smart tv was setup for guests to use pretty easily. The hosts were very responsive for the one or two things we needed. Check in/out was painless and smooth. Great spot!
Overall I really enjoyed the cabin. It felt very homey and cozy. It had all the kitchen essentials necessary and bathroom essentials. It also had a pretty good heating system. I also liked that it had room for my pup to roam around outside. The cabin was also in a great location that had the ski resort nearby lots of restaurants, near the lake. The only complaint I have is that the linen in the rooms was not 100% clean there were human hairs and dog hairs on the bed but other than that it was great.
