Dream house! Pool & hot tub in downtown Denver

Relax by the pool, and soak in the hot tub to let your cares fade away. The Morey House is an incredible remodeled historic home in downtown Denver. Spacious, with great modern art and every convenience. Walk to Coors field or the best restaurants and nightlife in Denver.
The space
Incredible location, in downtown Denver- quiet, great food, bars, attractions. Hang out by the pool or in the hot tub, or go exploring all that Denver has to offer!
Guest access
You have complete access to the entire house and the grounds. It’s yours alone!!!
Other things to note
Parking is limited so carpool if you can - there is $4 all day parking over the road. We have fast internet and several tvs for you to keep occupied (if the pool and local restaurants don’t appeal!

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

-No noise outside after 9pm -Events are only allowed with prior approval -$100 fee if the hot tub is left dirty / $400 if pool is left dirty.

Guests must have a 5.0 rating and 5 years history in order to use instant booking
