This charming coastal cottage offers 3 spacious bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and a washer/dryer — perfect for your beach getaway.

Sleeping Arrangements:
• Primary Bedroom: King bed, ensuite bathroom, and plenty of storage
• Bedroom 2: Queen bed
• Bedroom 3: Queen bed + twin bunk beds (perfect for kids)

The living room, primary bedroom, and bunk room all feature flat-screen TVs with Roku so you can log into your favorite apps. The living room also has a Blu-ray player, and the primary bedroom includes a DVD player.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals, complete with granite countertops and a beautiful sea glass backsplash. After a long beach day, cozy up in the living room or unwind on the screened-in porch overlooking the sand and waves.

Bonus perks include a dedicated outlet for golf cart charging.

By booking, you agree to the following:

• Must be 25+ to book and provide valid photo ID
• All instant bookings must verify age and guest count within 48 hours. Guests need to send a picture of their photo ID to the host as well as be verified on VRBO.
• Booking guest must be present at check-in (no third-party bookings)
• Max occupancy: 8 guests
• No additional visitors allowed
• No parties
• No pets and no smoking (strict due to allergies)
• Unauthorized pets will result in a $100 fee and removal from property
• No candles permitted

My friends and I thoroughly enjoyed staying here - the simple layout, the comfort, the excellent cooking tools, the ease in getting to the site, but most especially the screened porch with a direct view of the ocean. It was exactly what we all needed. We will likely return.

This beauty of a house is right on the beach - we cracked the window at night to hear the ocean - the bed was extremely comfortable, the kitchen is very well appointed, but the best part is the wonderful screen porch - you can see the beach and watch the sunsets - loved our stay

Great Bungalow On the Beach

The beach house was perfect. We had 4 adults and one toddler and it was the perfect space. Being on the beach we spent most of our time out there. The best part was all of the hooks in the all of the rooms.

The best beach stay we’ve ever had.

Clean and comfortable. Right on the beach. Great, modern kitchen and bathrooms. Comfy open sitting area. Views of the ocean from outdoor balcony with a separate covered back porch. Little things go a long way like high quality toilet paper, plenty of warm water, fresh towels and linens.

Oak island vacation

Check in and stay would have been better had the keypad worked and not had to use a physical key. There was only one key and two couples. Need to improve lighting as it was a little dark when cooking light over stove did not work. We did not use the WiFi as we had our own hot spots. Access the beach was great as we did not have to drive. We did not use the grill as it did not appear to have been well taken care of. The grounds did not seem as well maintained as others in the immediate area. Overall the area was good and we enjoyed oak island.

The host for this home was responsive, and the house being so close to the surf was a definite plus! This was also the first VRBO or Air B&B we have ever stayed at where the couch & chairs in the living room were actually comfortable! Thank you!
