Comfortable living room with large Frame TV and pellet stove insert for cold winter days. Spacious main level bedroom has king bed, tv and separate seating, attached bath features walk-in shower with glass doors. Two bedrooms upstairs include queen bed with sitting chair and tv and another large room with two twin beds and tv. Full bath upstairs has beautiful tiled shower/tub combo. All stocked with sheets, towels and other amenities. Owners live nearby and are ready to help with any and everything needed -- just ask!

Peace in the country

Mary was a great host. The home was very comfortable. It has well water so has little smell but nothing that is an issue. The ag fields that border the property give you great views of wildlife (turkeys and deer). The area is quiet and relaxing but easy access to anything you need. Loved our stay!

Lovely home

Lovely home on a beautiful little piece of property in a quiet neighborhood. We are a family of six and really enjoyed our time here - very restful, everything you need just where you need it, and overall a very effortless VRBO experience. The bedrooms are a good size, the kitchen is great for a family, and everything is freshly renovated and very clean. Fun bonuses: board games and great books up in the kids’ room. I really appreciated Mary’s email with all the need-to-know details ahead of time. We would stay here again the next time we are in the area.

Fabulous stay

We had an amazing time staying at this house. The house was extremely clean and the kitchen was well stocked for cooking. I was there with my husband and four kids (ages 9 and under). My kids loved the big yard to run around and play in while we stayed there. When it was time to leave, my 3 year old asked to stay longer. We loved our stay and hope to come back another time! Mary, the host, takes great care of you and is quick to respond with any questions you may have about the home!

My husband and I live near this house and had always admired the property because of it's privacy and views. When it became available in March of 2020 we took on the renovation and design as a Covid project. It took much longer than we anticipated but finally finished in 2022; however, we couldn't bear to turn around and sell it so have decided to use it for short term rentals so that others can enjoy it as much as we do. Because we are nearby we can respond quickly to any issues that may arise.

Why they chose this property

We live in this neighborhood and appreciate the larger lots but with convenience to shopping , restaurants and transportation routes to nearby Annapolis, DC and Baltimore.

What makes this property unique

It's a one-of-a kind original saltbox style farmhouse that we expanded to make it more comfortable for today's lifestyles. The best part is the large front porch with comfortable furniture and the private 4 acre lot.
