Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please make sure all garbage is bagged and put in the trash bin outside the front door no loose garbage will be accepted or picked up, so please make sure it is in a bag
Please check the outlets for left chargers and/or electronics. As there is a thirty five dollar fee plus the cost of shipping any items
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Within 72 hours after booking, guest must send photo of ID. If not, the booking is subj to cancellation.

Great place for a family

Rented the place to have my kids spend some time with their grandparents and go to the parks. The place was great. It was clean and a great price. The beds were comfy and the kids loved the bunk beds with their own tv. Would absolutely recommend and would stay there again.

Amazing stay for a Disney vacation!

Great place to stay for my family of six for our Disney vacation. Check in was easy, location was easy to find and ~15 mins from Disney parks. Rooms were comfortable, kitchen had everything we needed. There was a little bit of pet hair noticeable which is the only thing that could be improved upon.

Our stay here was great. Love the amount of space it had and the convenience of a large washer and dryer. Neighbours were a bit noisy blasting music until 2am on NYE but other than that everything was great.

An awesome place if you have a dog!

The owner and her daughter are amazing! Pet friendly, and the owner offered us a dog sitter/walker who lives close. I can't tell you how much stress it took off of our vacation having her daughter check on our dog. Very professional, and our dog Baxter loved her!

Nice location and property. It was clean and had almost everything we needed. There is a Publix and Target nearby for anything missing. There is a full sized stacked washer and dryer.
