In a very quiet place, with a deck and backyard you can use.
A spot to work, fast wi-fi.
Kitchinette new with cook top, oven and microwave.
Mini fridge. Coffe maker and electric kettle.
Other things to note
Really awesome outdoor spaces for day and night time use.
