Location, Location, Location: Secluded - Last home on a dead end road.
Lake Michigan side of Door County (our Location) is referred to as the quiet side.
2 of the “ 7 Spectacular Scenic Wonders ” of Door County are so… close.

Cleaning: We have a dedicated, 2 person cleaning team that only cleans our home and no others! Our Cleaning Team: Completes a thorough cleaning and sanitizing of the home after every guest stay. Completes a second sanitizing and cleaning/inspection of the entire home after the initial cleaning and sanitizing has been done. Uses a detailed check list for every cleaning. Check List available upon request. New, Supersize washer and dryer - ALL linens and laundry are done onsite. We supply every guest stay with new, unopened: Soap dispensers, Paper towels and bath tissues.

6 BEDROOMS and 4 FULL BATHS with beds to sleeps up to 12 guests.
Our 4000 square foot home was built in 2004. It is beautifully equipped to accommodate up to 12 people!

Our home borders the Famous Whitefish Dunes State Park with private Sand Beach. It is NOT directly on the water but our private sand beach is just a 2 minute walk (or 194 feet) from our front door. Located in an exclusive, secluded area, bordering Whitefish Dunes State Park (1000 acre park), yet only 15-20 minutes from the quaint village shops. Hike and bike out your front door!
HUGE Game room offers:
- 7ft (full size) pool table.
- Full-size Ping pong table.
- Full-size air hockey.
- Electronic dart board
- Full size (9' long) shuffle board table
- card table, chairs and sofa.

LARGE GREAT ROOM offers: cozy fireplace, plenty of comfortable seating with 2 FULL size leather sofas, reclining chair, 55 flat panel TV (new 2020) with cable, DVD player and stereo with WI-FI.
KITCHEN: Huge Gourmet Kitchen offers: microwave, NEW glass cook top oven, TWO Full size refrigerators (extra refrigerator in kitchen area) dishwasher, 2 coffee maker, coffee grinder, toaster, Blender and tons of cabinets and counter space, snack bar that seats 4, dining table for 11 plus high chair.
LAUNDRY ROOM: NEW Washer, NEW Dryer and Sink

OVERSIZED MASTER BEDROOM with king bed, TV (65" flat screen-new 2019), DVD. Extra large Balcony (6 ft x 17 ft). Huge Master Bath: Gigantic, two person whirlpool (six by five foot). HUGE SHOWER (8ft x 5ft) with massaging jets and shower heads on two opposite sides with a rain shower overhead!!

Additional:
LINEN SERVICE: $350 - $475, Depending on the number of guest (2 -12 guest range) and number of beds needed. We have of pillows, blankets and comforters. You can bring your own sheets, towels etc…or we offer a “Linen Service". The linen service included sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, hand towels, wash clothes for all guests. We also include bath mats and dish towels. If you choose the linen service we will send you a payment request for this service.

CLEANING: There is a minimum home cleaning fee, which usually covers the cleaning. This charge has already been added to your rental. If additional cleaning is needed, @$35.00 an hour, will be taken out of your damage deposit. To avoid additional cleaning charges please leave the home in good condition so our cleaning team can finish in the allotted amount of time.

My family absolutely loved the large home with so many beds and bedrooms and a basement full of fun activities. The property manager Fred is absolutely wonderful to work with and very prompt on answering any text. We enjoyed walking to the sand dunes and to cave point. The house was clean and very roomy. Soundproofing was also good between the floors and being on the end of a dead end was the ultimate in a quiet getaway.

The location was excellent, very close to state and County Parks, and just a short walk to the beach. It rained our first night, but we had so much fun in the game room that it didn't matter. Overall great experience.

This house provided everything we needed and Fred (the manager) was very responsive to our needs. Loved all the games in the rec room and the kids used them frequently. The beach can't be beat. The way to to the beach was a bit challenging. My 84 mother would not have been able to make it and at 72 it was rather difficult for me. Great place for a family of 10 and I would highly recommend it.

Family Gathering

If you have a large group looking to get together in a beautiful part of the country, this is the place for you. Plenty of room with 6 bedrooms and easy access to a fantastic beach. The beach made our 2 year old grandson's day which allows small children to get in the shallow water or just play in the beautiful sand. The owner is responsive, flexible, and will do everything possible to make it an awesome stay.

Amazing location

What a perfect place to stay in Door County! There were nine of us and we had plenty of room to spread out. The house was great, but the location and beach were absolutely amazing. Very quiet and private. The beach was one of the nicest we’ve been to in the US. The sand was so clean and soft. We had a lot of fun in the game room and just relaxing on the deck. Summer vacation in Door County.

This property is amazing! Great neighborhood, great location to the beach, which is literally across the street, and great access to the neighboring state park. Very quiet, peaceful area. The majority of the traffic is people walking their dogs. We had a great time while at the property. It had everything we needed for cooking meals. The basement/game room was an added bonus. My girls loved it! This was also a great location to go exploring the rest of Door County. We would definitely come back and stay here again. Communication with the property manager was great. Hope to come back some day!

Spacious and excellent location

The house is very spacious for a family with grown children and toddlers. It was ideal for our family. We enjoyed the game room as well as the quiet beach. The kitchen was large enough to prepare meals for the group. It was listed; therefore not a surprise to us, but I’ve never rented a VRBO with such limited linens. Yes, we could have purchased the service but it was at an excessive price. While the house was perfectly laid out, there was a shift in the foundation that was extreme. The property manager was excellent with communication and accommodated our needs.

Great property, difficult walk to beach

The problem we encountered was that, while the walk to the beach is very short, it is up and down steep inclines and declines on a narrow path through the woods. If you have someone in your group who has knee problems, like my father, they will not be able to walk on this path. It is also not possible to take a wagon or stroller on the path. Other than that, the property was very nice, no complaints.

Lake House

Love this area because of the beach. We spent every day there that we could. We had a great time! Thank you for sharing the house. The trail to the beach was manageable but not if you have mobility issues. The renters next door allowed a member of our group to use their beach access. The property manager was super responsive when we had a few minor issues the on the first day there. Immediately responded to questions. He offered us free kayaks for 2 days of our stay for the inconvenience. That was very generous, and we used them to kayak to a shipwreck just off of Cave Point. Being at the end of the road made for a very quiet stay and great access to Whitefish Dunes State Park trails. We enjoyed the fire pit and appreciated the firewood. We had plenty of room for 6 adults and 5 teens. The lower level game room was huge hit. Glad we took advantage of the linen service with a group our size.

Wonderful family vacation

Ten of us stayed here for a week — 2 grandparents, 4 parents and 4 kids ranging in age from 9-13. The house worked really well for us! The game room was a hit with the kids and adults. The kitchen is large and probably the best equipped kitchen we’ve ever had in the 14 years since we’ve been renting houses. There was plenty of room for several of us to be working in the kitchen at the same time. The beds were all comfortable and the three zone AC worked perfectly. We absolutely loved the beach. It was a very short walk from the house. I (71 y/o) managed it without a problem. There was only one spot that was a little tricky but I was able to negotiate it with the help of a couple well-placed trees. Someone else might need an arm to hold on to. Cave Point park was amazing and beautiful and some in our family enjoyed the 2-mile walk from the house to the park that winds through the woods and along the lake.
