This 1 BR, four-guest, condo strategically placed within short walks to the Beach (900ft, 275M), Marina (150ft, 46M), Historic Bridge Street (800ft, 245M), and Pier (1,056ft, 322M) will keep you CHEERFUL your entire stay! Coastal amenities feature a front screened lanai ready for morning coffee while overlooking the heated pool, a stocked beach toy closet (including chairs), a pull-out sofa or air mattress, WIFI, 2 Roku TVs, full kitchen supplies, washer/dryer, dishwasher, and a tub for the kiddos satisfy the vacation needs of our Anna Maria guests. Complimentary island trolley service is usually enough for a week's trip, but, if you're interested in more...IMG Academy, Robinson Preserve, Mote Marine, LECOM Park, and St. Armand's Circle offer a bonus to the trip. Local hosts, (The Cheerful Rentals Team) Shandra and Jeff, provide bonus service and support during your stay. Need recommendations...they are here for you!
