Dakota Lodge offers shared amenities including the largest pool in Keystone with slope views and two oversized hot tubs. You can also enjoy the Dercum Square ice rink during winter and mini golf course during the summer.

As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a cozy and inviting living area, with vaulted ceilings, comfortable furnishings, a gas fireplace, and windows that frame the stunning ski slope views. The living room also includes a convenient pull-out sofa, perfect for accommodating extra guests. Extra linens for the sofa-bed can be found in a closet.

The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and all the cooking essentials you need to whip up delicious meals after a long day on the slopes. Enjoy your culinary creations at the dining table, which seats four or the breakfast bar which seats two.

The bedroom features a queen-sized bed, a flat screen TV, and additional windows to enjoy the ski-slope views. The full bathroom is just across the hall and has a single sink vanity and a shower/tub combination with tile surround. It is stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries.

Great Ski Condo

This condo is in a perfect location. It is a short walk to everything - slopes, River Run restaurants & shops, ski rentals, etc. The parking and ski lockers were super convenient. We loved swimming in the heated pool and hot tub after skiing. The pull out sofa bed was the most comfortable pull out bed. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely visit again!

The amenities were okay in the condo. Walking distance to everything is so nice so location was great but place itself was average. Fireplace pilot light was out so we tried to re-ignite it but no luck and maintenance tried to come fix it but never did. Ski locker key was missing so we had to store our ski gear in the condo which on the 4th floor was annoying. Although the pullout couch had a decent mattress, the fitted sheet and sheet were dirty so kind of gross having the put new sheets on while pulling off dirty sheets upon arrival. Kitchen appliances were good but I didn’t see a coffee maker listed in the VRBO amenities list so I had to ask the host if they had a coffee maker. They responded quickly though.

Very nice!

Overall my husband and I had a great stay! We were checked on via text by owners and that was a nice touch. My only two complaints would be the hot water takes about five minutes to warm up and the fireplace didn't work or wasn't lit not sure. We did message them about it but unfortunately it wasn't fixed in time for our stay. Other then that we had a great stay!

The unit was a nice sized unit for 2 people. The bed was super uncomfortable. No a/c which is usually fine in the mountains but no advance warning that there was construction right outside the bedroom anytime between 5 am and 7 am. It was warm so we needed open windows.

The furniture is very worn in this unit. The toilet would not flush properly even after maintenance was out twice. Low water pressure and only warm water for showers. Also, pools and hot tubs closed for maintenance

Two days I had problem with the hot water, it was very cold, one of the kitchen stools was very unstable and needs to be fixed. One day I did not have water at all. I was hoping to be compensated for the issues with the water but the office staff would not offer any type of help. The hot tub was also under maintenance making it inconvenient to enjoy the unit.I didn't appreciate that. Otherwise everything else was good.

The condo has a very well stocked kitchen with everything you could want to cook a meal with and is located near plenty of restaurants nearby. Bedroom was very comfy and it felt like home during my stay. Nice and quiet during my time there and the surrounding area is great for strolls. Great views surround the condo with lots of animal sightings in the area during my walks.speaking of strolls, I forgot my keycard during my nightly stroll one night. It was after hours and I had no way of getting back into the building. Called the help desk and Jorge from SCMR was very friendly and helpful and had someone come let me in within minutes! Super service and saved my butt! Loved my stay and wished I could have stayed longer!

There were dishes, plates, and utensils however the selection was a bit lite. No spatula and very few coffee mugs (3); I donated a spatula but the owner should drop off some more coffee mugs.Heat was slow to kick on at times and fireplace wasn't working. A portable heater is in utility closet of bedroom and was perfect for warming up. I really enjoy staying at the base of Dercum, and this location is perfect. This was a solo trip, condo was plenty big for one. Would accommodate family of four with two in bedroom and two on family room pullout. Garage parking, ski lockers, heated pool and hot tubs, and steam room.A Great rental option.

Booking a vacation rental is like staying at the house of a friend. In this vacation rental you will experience significantly more space, privacy, or comforts that feel like home, including a kitchen and a location that is beyond what most hotels can offer. All this at a significantly lower cost than a hotel with comparable features. These benefits bring different considerations than a hotel. More privacy means that most guests do not want daily housekeeping. We offer a check-out clean and, for an added fee, mid-stay cleans. We also offer a starter supply of some consumables, including coffee, paper towels, toilet paper and more, but these items are not restocked during a stay. A kitchen allows you to make home-cooked meals. Guests will likely visit the store to purchase groceries. Self-sufficiency is key to a happy stay in a vacation rental. We do provide housekeeping and 24/7 maintenance, but this is primarily for properties in between stays.
