Stay was great and the view from the balcony was amazing . Overall the condo was great and had everything we needed . There are a few things that need to be addressed . The shower has very low pressure and the shower head is terrible especially for such a big shower. Also if you slightly more the valve for the water temp adjustment the water either gets freezing or scorching hot . The condo was very clean but the cleaning service needs to clean behind the night stands. The condo is small but great for 2 people. Overall we had a great stay and would stay at this rental again.

Coffee pot was broken but manager replaced immediately. The shower is horrible. It took 15 minutes to find the exact spot to get hot water. If you moved the faucet a few millimeters, you were in ice cold water. Water temp markers worn off. The fan in the bathroom is so loud, it sounds like you’re standing next to an idling diesel bus. You get a headache trying to use the bathroom. We had to take a bulb out of one lamp to put in the bathroom, the bulb was burnt out. The resort is fantastic. Having complimentary chairs was a plus. The place needs some work on it, but it was clean. Definitely won’t have se it again because of the bathroom.

As you mentioned, I had a brand-new coffee pot delivered within an hour, and I would have done the same to address any other concerns if I had been made aware. It’s always confusing when guests wait until after checkout to mention issues instead of giving us the chance to make it right in real time. We work extremely hard to ensure every guest has a wonderful experience and all it takes is one review to overshadow the effort we put in daily, so I encourage future guests to always reach out to us immediately if something isn’t right—we’re here to help. The host was incredible, she had a birthday surprise there for by boyfriend which was so kind and was very communicative and helpful throughout the process. The place had an absolutely incredible view of the ocean from our balcony and was situated in the perfect spot. The Royal Palm Grille in that building is so so good! You have to try the Royal Palm Grouper, incredible. And the beach bar there is so fun as well. The unit was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. I would highly recommend and this host was the kindest and most accommodating that I was ever worked with before. We will definitely be back. Thank you for an incredible trip!

Great location

We enjoyed our stay and got to see the fireworks from the balcony. The use of the space is maximized for a couple or a single person and nicely decorated. The two chairs inside along with the two on the balcony are high chairs. The bed has a king size springs mattress. To get to the beach there are two options: you can either take the bridge from the hotel, or cross the street (less stairs, but face the cars). The umbrella and chairs were not reserved just for us. We had to see which chairs were empty (no towels, etc) and we could just sit down. The only way to “reserve” your chair is to leave a towel on it in the morning after they set up, but we never had a problem finding a place to sit. The best time to actually hear the ocean without the busy traffic on the street below is in the morning and after 10:30pm at night. The little kitchen has a big coffee maker with filters, a microwave, a counter stove, a toaster, etc. We only used the coffee maker and microwave due to our short stay. There are a few places in walking distance to choose from if you want to eat out and not drive. Hope you enjoy yourselves even more than we did!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Pros: Great Views. Great beach service (SHOUTOUT TO BRETT). Great location. I mean truly FANTASTIC location and views. Cons: Dishes were chipped, there were no forks in the entire unit, coffee maker was broken (the pot was. missing pieces, causing coffee to spill everytime I tried to use it),there was an eyelash (I dont wear them) on the bathroom floor when we arrived. Furniture has seen better days. The bed is made of cardboard or some other hard material. As a suggestion: a television that allows streaming would be great. I did alert the service of the issues above and they offered to switch out the coffee maker and bring forks. I declined as I purchased plastic forks and made do with the coffee maker(paper towels underneath to catch spillage) I STILL HAD FUN! BEACH! BEACH! BEACH!

Thank you for the honest review Michele. I have replaced the dishes with a new set and bought additional silverware and a new coffee pot as well. This unit can be rented with the one next door and sometimes dishes/utensils can travel to the other side so I bought a new set in a different color so housekeeping could make sure the studio is always stocked.
