About this property

Awesome 1/1 Bedroom Steps away from the beach

Welcome to The Mariner Suites located at Hollywood beach! This unique unit has been recently remodeled to make your stay with us memorable. The room has new plank flooring, flat screen T.V., air conditioning unit, updated showers, and all new furnishings. This unit also includes a microwave, mini fridge, and coffee maker. You can enjoy the pool and lounge area within premises, as well as numerous activities along the boardwalk just a few steps away.

Room:
Our private room is 226 Square feet in size and includes one (1) king bed. The room also offers a Roku TV, free Wi-Fi, an American coffee machine, a mini fridge, a closet with hangers, and beach towels. The bathroom has a shower, a hair dryer, some basic toiletries such as soap, shampoo, conditioner and body lotion.

*We could set up champagne, balloons or flowers arrangements for the room for an extra fee.

This outstanding swimming pool will provide you with a truly special experience! Spend a peaceful day soaking up the sun in our lounge area.

To ensure the safety of our guests, we require a copy of the main guest ID prior to arrival.

There are four (4) steps to enter the property from the ground level.

Payed washing and drying machines in common area

Location is unbeatable, right in front of the Hollywood beach and boardwalk. No rental car is needed to make the best out of your stay in the area.
- Try to avoid noise. Remember you are in a residential area.
- Excessive noise will be fined $100
- Each guest must send us their ID before arrival, so they can register at the front desk.
- Please, DO NOT Smoke inside the Room $300 smoking fine.
- Keep rooms items inside the house.

- Check-out is at 11:00am. If you need to request a late check out please contact us 24 hours prior and if it’s possible we will arrange it :)
- We can NOT be responsible for packages (Amazon, Ebay, Best Buy, etc.) sent to the property’s address.

Horrible Host rm 24

Not impressed. Our host was useless!! Needed clean towels, 5 days with same towel. Others staying there had same issues. No toilet paper for some. Nobody was ever at office, host doesn’t reply to messages, others had that issue as well. Gate doesn’t work properly, anyone can get in. You would see a worker that would be over looking garbage, or around for maybe an hour. They hardly if at all speak English making communication very difficult. Someone vomited at pool, it was still there this morning. Dishes- hair in cup, coffee pot dirty when we arrived. Looks like room had flooded, door was bubbled up, some walls too. It was painted over. Set of sheets on bed that didn’t fit well, and blanket half hazardous folded on shelf. Kinda looked sketchy. Big no no NO SMOKE DETECTOR IN ROOM. I took many pictures of room of evidence. Did a video of it as we left today. I do not trust host. The pool-black gunk under ledge, never saw area cleaned up chairs put back in place. I would not recommend anyone stay here. The host was horrible and things need fixed.
