The location of this condo is ideal. It had everything we needed. The ocean front view was spectacular. Great communication with the owner. Again, perfect location and we had an amazing stay.

A beautiful place to stay!

We all enjoyed the spectacular view right when you walk in the door! The beach is steps away, parking was easy, it was clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. Loved the visit, great place!

Ideal Oceanside Getaway

A very nice property with the most amazing views of the ocean from the living area and primary suite, as well as being located right beside a beach access walkway. Only one short flight of steps to a condo with all the amenities you expect at the beach. All the bedrooms are comfortable and each has access to its own bathroom (although two don't have ocean views). The kitchen was fully functional for cooking our meals in, and Victoria's Seafood for carryout Maryland steamed blue crabs, and the restaurant Hooked, both within walking distance, were terrific. Definitely would like to return!

Awesome Location

You didn't have to go to the beach to hear and watch the waves. You could see it all from the living room windows and side balcony. Plus it was a short walk to so much (pizza, seafood, ice cream, candy, a couple boutiques, 2 great restaurants). The unit was the most well stocked place I've ever rented. The upstairs bedrooms are very roomy with nice big closets. The property manager was responsive and helpful.

Great Place

Loved the place and will stay there again. Well outfitted and totally met our needs. Mixed signals on bringing bed sheets and availability of Beach Chairs Due to lack of accurate info from owner we brought both needlessly All beds had full sheets and there were 8 or 9 Beach chairs in storage !!! Need to report accurately what you are suppling. Used up space in our car needlessly. Otherwise a great place to stay .

Beautiful Oceanfront, very convenient to everything

Our family of 4 stayed in this beautiful oceanfront home June 10-17, 2023. It is exactly like pictured and more. I love the 2 story concept. The views from the master bedroom are spectacular and so is the master shower's water pressure! Very comfortable furniture and everything you need in the kitchen. Getting to the beach is very easy because you are basically on the beach. It's a quiet street with not much traffic, very safe for kids. Many restaurants/shopping within walking distance. Tino's Taco's across the street is yummy and so is Bourbon Street on the Beach on 127th! We have stayed in many places in OCMD and will definitely stay here again. Thank you for sharing your beautiful property!

Nice little place, pack your sheets and towels

Overall very neat, clean and lovely for a beach weekend. The unit was not indicated on the emailed reservation- made check in a bit of a problem - only indicated on detailed message sent by host in the midst of a lot of other information. I missed it on a late night checkin and the host is in CA. Made communication a bit tough at check-in. Once in, all was good. It was a bit of a hassle to have to bring all sheets and towels (including beach towels). Consider this - I had to pack an extra suitcase with linen and towels. The beds are king, 2 full and one queen, so quite a bit of linen. The beds were very comfortable and enough bathrooms for all to freshen up. It was a nice location for the beach, but not close to the boardwalk where it was much busier and of course, noisier. We appreciated the quiet. Great coffee spot on the veranda to watch the sun rise/set.

Space for everyone!

Short family reunion, 5 adults and two dogs. Lots of space and an amazing view. The third full bathroom was a game-changer. Everyone reported their beds were comfortable. Loved the huge empty pantry/cabinets in the kitchen to store the beach coolers, paper products and food we brought. I was concerned I would miss a large full front balcony because the unit has two smaller oceanfront (but side on the unit) balconies, but we used them both a lot, they were very comfortable and the views were amazing.The unit was very clean when we arrived, even the outdoor furniture had been wiped down :) The floors were great for the dogs and there were 2 vacuums. Not important to most people on vacation, but traveling with 2 golden retrievers it was a bonus. Great storage unit in the parking area to keep all our sandy beach things. What could be improved- larger tv in the livingroom, easier access to water to rinse off after the beach, more silverware in the kitchen (especially forks and teaspoons), the decor throughout the unit was beachy and in very good taste, our only concern was that the livingroom furniture didn't feel very sturdy and was just ok as far as comfort, a few areas in the unit could use some interior paint touch up for next season. But for the price, we got much more than we expected, we had wonderful time and would definitely stay there again.
