DIRECT OCEAN FRONT 2 BEDROOM CONDO AT THE SURFCASTER

Spacious master bedroom with king bed and sitting area, gorgeous ocean views, and balcony access. Balcony directly facing the ocean with a beautiful unobstructed view of ocean surf. A full bathroom off the master bedroom includes a relaxing garden soaking tub, and shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed, twin trundle, direct access to the second bathroom, and a beautiful hand-painted mural. Newly renovated and fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, spacious living room area with sectional, dining table, and additional seating at the kitchen counter. I do have a keurig coffee maker.

Three flat-screen TVs, Wi-Fi, and cable services are provided. Condo features: Washer/Dryer – full capacity, Central AC, ceiling fans in every room, elevator, punch code front door access, and tile throughout. One garage assigned parking space and one uncovered assigned parking space (great for rooftop carriers or vehicles needing high clearance). The building has an outdoor shower perfect for rinsing off sand.

Low-rise building with four floors situated on a very uncrowded wide part of the beach. There is an elevator too!The owner provides beach chairs and umbrellas. The building is located only four blocks from the Route 90 Bridge and is within walking distance of many popular restaurants, shopping, and entertainment venues.

Dogs are permitted on a case-by-case basis. Message owner with weight and type of dog before booking.
Minimum age of 23 to rent: Unfortunately, Senior Week renters are not permitted in the building. *******You can bring your own sheets and bath towels or as an option , I have a set of sheets and towels as a convenience. Keep in mind though if you use my sheets and towels, You must wash and dry and put back in the closet before departing. . (Wash cycle and dry takes about 90 minutes )Remember, it’s a 11:00 am check out . I also provide a handy checklist for things to do before departure.

Great Momcation!!!

I go away once a year by myself. I call it my momcation. It was just me and my dog, and we had a great stay! Lesley is lovely and quick to respond. 10/10, I would definitely book this condo again!

Hidden gem in the perfect part of town

We chose this property because of its location --- most places are walkable and being right on the beach was a plus. This condo is all you need for a family of 4. We hope to be back.

A Diamond In The Rough

Great oceanfront location, elevator, parking for 2, very tastefully decorated, and amenities you normally don’t get in other places. We had a great week even though Hurricane Debby threatened at times. Communication with the owner was superb, we will definitely be back.

Great family vacation condo!

My family and I spent the week in this condo and just loved it. It is so tastefully decorated and equipped with everything we needed. Amazing beach front place

Second year just as nice as first!

We enjoyed our first stay so much we came again this year. The condo did not disappoint. Everything was in order and clean upon arrival. It's also nice and quiet being off-season. As always, the beach and ocean were wonderful.

Perfect Location- Panoramic Ocean View

So much to like!!! Beautifully decorated. Easy access to the beach. An elevator directly across from our unit. Two assigned parking spaces. Walking distance to restaurants and shopping plus a short drive to the boardwalk and Delaware shopping. If there was one negative, it would be that the second bedroom has no view.We had a wonderful time. Lesley was a great host..

Fantastic place on the beach

The condo was perfect for our family - lots of space, comfy beds, and a lot of thoughtful little touches like a variety of k-cups to choose from, extra supplies like laundry detergent and paper products, to a bunch of beach chairs for our use. Was great to stay in a beachfront property that had everything we needed! We will be back!

Perfect for us

Absolutely loved it! The location, the view and an elevator for the 1st time for us was very convenient. We stay in OCMD the same week every year for my birthday. I would love to stay there again next year, and I never said that before for any other condo we rented. Thank you all for a wonderful vacation!!!

Best Family Vacation!

One of the most seamless vacations that we have ever experienced. From booking to receiving prompt arrival information to a spacious, beautiful, clean and very inviting condo which offers the most amazing views of the beach with garage parking (one space with additional assigned parking nearby) and conveniently located to some great shopping and restaurants. Let's not forget to mention the awesome host, Lesley..she is so welcoming, informative and very communicative.....Our family had the absolute best time and is already planning another stay (less than 24 hours from leaving). Perfect location and beautiful view!

We had such a great stay at this condo. Communication was very easy with Lesley and the check in process was very smooth. The location is great with an amazing view and easy walk to the beach. There’s lots of good restaurants and a grocery store within an easy walk. The condo had everything we needed to make meals at home and was very comfortable to lounge in when the beach was too chilly. We hope to be back soon!

A Perfect Getaway

My son, our puppy, and I couldn't be happier with our stay in Lesley's condo. There isn't much that can beat a great ocean view, a comfortable and well-equipped condo, and a location that provides all you need during your stay. My only regret is that we couldn't stay longer. Perfect relaxing getaway!

This was the perfect place for a relaxing long weekend at the beach! The entire booking process and communication with the owner was smooth. It's pet friendly, but you'd never know it. It's very clean. The ocean is visible from nearly every room, including the master bedroom where you can enjoy the sunrise every morning. The living room was spacious and comfortable. We plan to book again next spring!

Perfect OCMD condo!

My parents, myself, my spouse, and my two kids all stayed at this condo in July of this year. I have to say, the listing was incredibly accurate and the condo was more than what we expected! It was perfect walking distance to the beach, a grocery store, a few restaurants, and the bus stop ($4 to ride all day? Can’t beat that!). We had a good amount of down time during our week as two of us got sick but we still had plenty to do thanks to the tvs, puzzles for the kids, and the amazing view! The only down side was the loud sliding door from the people staying upstairs which made it hard to sleep at night. Regardless, we will absolutely be returning next year!
