Experience oceanfront living at our spacious penthouse condo conveniently located on 9th street directly on the boardwalk in Ocean City, MD. Offering breathtaking ocean views and a serene calming atmosphere. Enjoy effortless access to a large public beach with bathroom facilities, making relaxation a breeze. With 3 bedrooms plus a pull out couch and 2 full bathrooms, our condo comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests. Enjoy cozy evenings by the fireplace and prepare delicious meals in our fully equipped kitchen. We provide added convenience with complimentary bikes and a full array of beach essentials, including chairs, toys, umbrellas, and towels. Book your most convenient and unforgettable beach getaway today!

DAMANGE DEPOSIT: In lieu of taking a damage deposit or card authorization we require guest purchase an $59 property damage protection policy. Upon booking we will reach out to you, with a link to purchase.

MINIMUM AGE OF ALL TRAVELERS IS 25 YEARS, UNLESS PART OF A FAMILY GROUP..

NO SMOKING OR VAPING INSIDE OF THE HOME.

NO 3rd PARTY RESERVATIONS. (The guest who makes the reservation must be present for the entire stay)

PETS: Dogs must be pre-approved. House trained, on a flea/tick regiment, put a sheet on the couch to avoid pet dander, and crated when you are not at the condo with them. NO CATS ALLOWED. Additional Pet Agreement and Waiver of Liability required. $100 pet fee for 1-2 dogs, each additional dog require approval and additional fee.

PARKING: 1 guaranteed assigned spot and 1 floater spot that is not guaranteed. There are 9 condos and 17 spots so 8 spots are floaters. So far we have not had an issue bringing 2 cars but again can’t guarantee the 2nd.

CANCELLATIONS/REFUNDS will be applied according to the cancellation policy minus 4% transaction fee.

SECURITY CAMERA: There is doorbell security camera located on the front entrance to the condo.

Best stay in OC

We stayed in OC a few times in various rentals, but this was the best. Great location, spacious, and clean. It didn't feel like the typical rental on the boardwalk, but like a literal home away from home.We will always stay here when we're in OC, from here on out.

Great place, great location! Loved that we just needed to park once and don't have to leave again until check out (which also mean no sand in the car!) Everything is literally in front of you! The place is clean, spacious, with everything you need. Highly recommend.

Nice location on the boardwalk

Close to everything you need. A little noisy at night but it dies down after midnight. If this is a working vacation, be aware that the wifi is very spotty and goes out several times a day.

We make our guests comfort and convenience a top priority, so your feedback is much appreciated. My husband works from the condo sometimes and it hasn’t been an issue for him, but we will most definitely look into it!
