Nice but needs to be updated

The condo was nice, but it gave me a feel of as almost like I rented someone's house out for the weekend. Almost like they stayed somewhere else while we were there. Needs to be cleaned in some places a little better. The TV's are not Smart TV's but does have cable ,whereas; in today's society Smart TV''s would be a plus. The second bedroom had no TV. The Loft Bed is like a camping foldout bed w/ a thin mattress. I had to change the sheets on one of the beds in the second bedroom due to stains, blood and a bandaid was in the sheets, that came out once I washed the sheets. This really had me thinking how clean were the other beds. The couch was comfy but had holes in it. It would have been nice to have an extra trash bag for trash. The pillows and sheets looked old and overused. For this to be a new listing, I did expect more out of the presentation of the condo.
