***For stays of 28 days or more, we just ask for a few extra things:
1. A signed rental agreement
2. An adjusted cleaning fee to cover monthly cleanings (one cleaning every 30 days)
1. Age Requirement:
- The person booking the reservation must be 21 or older, and present through the duration of the stay.

2. Check-in and Check-out:
- Check-in time is 4:00pm, and check-out time is 11:00am. Please adhere to these times to allow for smooth transitions between guests.
- If you need early check-in or late check-out, please inform us in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

3. Occupancy:
- The maximum number of guests allowed is 5. This includes both adults and children. Please do not exceed this limit without prior approval from the host.
- Visitors are allowed only with prior approval from the host. They must adhere to the house rules and cannot stay overnight.

4. Smoking:
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. If you need to smoke, please use the designated outdoor smoking areas and dispose of cigarette butts properly.

5. Pets:
- Pets are not allowed.

6. Noise and Disturbance:
- Please respect the neighbors and keep noise levels to a minimum, especially during nighttime hours, between 10pm and 7am.
- Parties, events, and loud gatherings are not allowed.

7. Cleanliness and Damages:
- Please treat the property with care and respect. Report any damages, breakages, or malfunctions immediately to the host.
- Guests are expected to leave the property in a reasonably clean condition. Excessive cleaning required may result in additional charges.

8. Safety and Security:
- Guests are responsible for their own safety and security during their stay. Ensure that all doors and windows are securely locked when leaving the property or going to bed.
- Do not allow strangers into the property for any reason. If you are expecting visitors, inform the host in advance.

9. Appliances and Amenities:
- Guests are welcome to use the provided appliances and amenities, such as the kitchen, washing machine, or entertainment systems, in accordance with their designated purpose.
- Please follow any specific instructions or guidelines provided by the host for the use of certain appliances or amenities.
- Please do not unplug and existing devices, such as routers, WiFi extenders, etc., as they are utilized to give our guests a smooth experience during their stay.

- If parking is available, please follow any designated parking instructions provided by the host. Do not block driveways or other vehicles.

11. Compliance with Laws:
- Guests are expected to comply with all local laws, including but not limited to noise regulations, waste disposal, and any other relevant regulations applicable to the property.
